Effective and swift service - good information and help for condition.

Could not recommend this more!! I needed a prescription desperately and whoever I spoke to in Portugal told me I needed to go to the hospital to see a doctor (it was going to be insanely expensive and the wait time was so long) I got on with a doctor in literal minutes, sent me a prescription while we were still on the video call and I picked it up in under 20 mins. So thankful things like this exist!!!!

Very easy to connect: avoided hours waiting in an ER or sitting with sick folks at an urgent care center!! The doctor listened to my eye problem and gave appropriate advice and a script for drops! Would highly recommend a virtual visit!

Dr Fahim was lovely! Helped us with a prescription for my elderly mum who is visiting from overseas and had left one of her chronic meds behind. We had an appointment within 15 minutes of registering. Doc was kind, efficient and all sorted within 10 minutes.

She gave me the option of private or state hospital. I opted for the state hospital, they were also excellent. I have a chest infection and they prescribed medication for me. Thank you

I recommend Doctorsa for international travelers who experience non-emergency medical problems that require attention and perhaps prescription medicine. I applied for the service on-line using my smart phone, and it was very easy using the prompts. After providing some basic personal info, and a description of the medical problem, I received messages from available doctors. Once I selected a doctor, I was given an on-line appointment time. I connected with the doctor I selected via video-chat, and after sharing relevant history and showing her my swollen and red ankle, she was able to prescribe medication which I could pick up at any local pharmacy with a PDF she sent me. The pharmacist filled the prescription immediately, and my ankle is already better. For the next week, my doctor remains available to me for questions and any needed follow-up, which is comforting to know. I’m relieved to be on the mend and back to my vacation thanks to Doctorsa.

Being on the other side of the world from home and able to access a friendly and helpful Dr for treatment was seamless and I highly recommend. Collection of prescription simple thereafter too. I had an appointment booked with Dr. Kontogiannis, he was very pleasant and helpful. He dealt with all my queries in a timely fashion and couldn’t be more helpful.
