Great experience and service from Greg, every aspect of the bike fit was both professional and very informative indeed. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience at his disposal and was keen to pass this on.
Greg also follows up the bike fit with a lengthy email full of tips and links to assist with other aspects of getting the most out of his service.
It is 3 weeks since I have had the bike fit on two bikes and it has made a world of difference and worth every penny.

As a returning customer I continue to be impressed with Greg’s knowledge and expertise and grateful for the exceptional support he has given me over the years. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be cycling now. Consultants told me to stop. I highly recommend his professional services, and he is such a great person .

Apprehensive about having a bike fit, but Greg(Dr Sprocket) immediately put me at ease, friendly, easygoing but very professional and knowledgeable.
Such an interesting experience, just moving one little thing a millimetre can have a knock on effect. Lots of technology and video to aid giving a perfect fit very happy with the outcome. Don't hesitate to make an appointment, it's well worth it.

I recently visited Greg at Doctor Sprockets for 2 items that I wanted a fresh outlook on, I wasn’t happy with the way my training was going, so booked in for the AMR test to get some accurate data on exactly what my body was doing and I wasn’t happy with my cleat position.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable and professional and offered a heap of helpful advice.
I was surprised how much the IDmatch cleat setting varied to my previous set up and I’m already feeling a bit more stable on the pedals. The data from the AMR test offered a huge insight and is helping define my zones and fuelling. I’ll be booking in for a 6 month follow up test to hopefully see improvements in the areas where I was lacking.

Very helpful and full of great knowledge. Really helped me feel comfortable on the bike now. 100% recommended.

Greg spent more time providing advice than he needed to and it was all very worthwhile. I'd spent my whole cycling life believing [incorrectly] my saddle height needed to be higher than ideal [I am 6' 4"], and consequently at full stretch almost to the hoods. I'm almost 56 now and comfort is as relevant today as it's ever been. I came to Greg with lower back fatigue and pains in my neck after long rides. The seat lowering was 25mm, I couldn't believe it but he's the expert! He said it would take 4-5 rides to get used to - guess what - no lower back pain, and no neck pain. My cycling feels much more efficient, and I get off 30 mile gravel rides feeling I have a similar distance in me again, whereas before the fit I was creaking like an old door... would recommend Greg to anyone!

Greg's the Man! Extremely informative and detailed fitting Already felt benefit on the ride home. Since my cleats needed to be updated, he was happy to help booking me in for a separate final quick visit. I cannot fault his service. If he can also do something about the wind in Wirral, he'd get 6 stars 😊

Great experience having my bike fit with Greg! Came in with some knee/IT band issues and he fitted my cleats, saddle and position on the bike to help fix the problems. Great to go through the process with such a professional 👌

Greg has a wealth of in-depth knowledge which he uses to help set up your bike perfectly to suit you. The benefits of this include increased performance, improved comfort and reduced risk of injury. Greg puts you at ease and fully explains the process as it moves along. Also, he was very kind when I missed my appointment due to a bit of a mix-up at my end.

Really great advice from Greg who was willing to share all his experience and insight into supporting me through my journey towards Ironman. Incredibly knowledgeable about the bike fit and rather than trying to increase revenue through a constant sales pitch actually saved me money through the session. Highly recommended

This bike fit with Dr Sprocket (Greg) allayed any fears I had about the value of the process. It was a very thorough and personally tailored experience, which identified what in the bike’s set up was inhibiting both my performance and comfort. He explained very carefully and lucidly what changes he was making and why he was making them, giving me a real confidence in the process and the results. I was thoroughly impressed with the professional and very detailed bike fit from Greg at Doctor Sprocket. I've been suffering with back pain and wanted some advice on riding/bike fit. Greg was extremely knowledgeable both and looked at all the details of the bike. His expertise is backed up with a range of advanced technology solutions that allow him to get into all the fine details.....looking at riding positions, seat, cleats, bars, stem, the lot! A detailed report was provided that I can use for future reference. I would highly recommend Greg for your bike fit (oh and he's a really nice guy!)

I’m doing my first Ironman next year and was worried about spending so long on the bike. The couple of hours at Dr Sprocket getting the bike fit was brilliant, not only do I feel much more comfortable on the bike but I came away with loads of brilliant tips for the Ironman! Definitely recommend!
