Geen levering, geen contact mogelijk met Dodax.NL.

Via Dodax.DE is wel contact mogelijk en zij helpen je gelukkig verder!! Meteen terugbetaling aangevraagd en ik zal nooit meer bij iets bij Dodax kopen.

Bij de eerste bestelling van een CD kreeg ik een defecte geleverd, na goed contact met de klantenservice en het werd keurig opgelost.
Daarna en daarom vol goede moed nog 3 andere CD's besteld. Maar........helaas, die komen niet. De eerst zo behulpzame klantenservice reageert totaal niet.
Een van de CD's zou inmiddels 11 dagen geleden zijn verzonden. Niets ontvangen.
Via Klachtenkompas (consumentenbond) eerder deze week een klacht ingediend maar zij zeggen dat Dodax nooit op klachten reageert.
Waardeloos derhalve.

Amateurisme et pratiques louches

dodax-eu est un vendeur (sur rakuten, fnac, cdiscount ...) pas sérieux et agit avec beaucoup d'amateurisme et de mensonges :
article commandé chez lui sur rakuten, confirmation de sa part et confirmation de l'envoi de ma commande. 15 jours plus tard, au lieu de recevoir mon achat, c'était plutôt un message de rakuten me signalant que l'achat est annulé, et la raison .....stock épuisé !!!!!!!!
C'est incroyable mais c'est les pratiques de Dodax.
Aucune fiabilité ! À fuir !!!
