Scam. They say online you can return - but my many emails and messages asking to return one out of two items have been completely ignored. Clearly they have no intention of honouring any kind of return system, so I suggest buying from a reputable company you know you can return to. Because this is not that! Absolutely not acceptable and totally regret buying from here.

Took my money and disappeared. I returned goods in line with returns policy. Sarah at Dog Carrier received them but hasn't given the refund and now won't respond to emails. I wouldn't risk buying from this place.
