My friend & I bought a harness from dog friendly co & the quality and support of the harness’s were amazing! We just ordered another one in a different colour, definitely recommend!

This company is amazing ! I ordered a set of harness, collar, lead, D ring & name badges for my dog Cooper, it came with a poop bag holder & bags !!!! Unfortunately the collar & harness were too big. I emailed them and received the most fantastic service, they asked me to donate the collar & harness that were too big to a local animal rescue and they would send me a new one of each. All I had to do was take a picture of me handing them over, which I did. They have now ordered me the new ones ! I just thought this was such a kind thing to do & it saved me messing around sending the others back ! Big shout out to Rachel who was amazing ! Thank you DogFriendlyco !!!! You’re FANTASTIC!!!! 😊

First of all the merchandise takes forever to receive. And before you receive it, you get another bill taxes and import fees that needs to be paid so I’m just gonna let the things get shipped back to the company I’m not gonna ever waste any more money on that stuff.

The harness was great until it wasn't. Purchased the no pull harness. Hard to give this harness more than 3 stars.

Our GSP has gone through all the leads / harnesses / gentle leaders and this definitely stops him from pulling. Felt like a new dog!

In saying that, although we have played with the fit multiple times, he had bad chafing under his armpits from the stitching which cut into him causing two open wounds. I have DIYed a neoprene sleeve over the bottom section of the harness which should hopefully do the job! There are many more harnesses out there that already have neoprene incorporated. Would be great if the neoprene within the lead handle was also on the harness.

Game changing, no pulling!

I bought a harness but it had some stitching issues and started to come apart however the customer services were great and they sent me a replacement immediately so will definitely recommend them because they value their customer

Bought a harness with the D ring attachment for my Labrador who was terrible for pulling on walks. What a difference! He loves it! I love it!
It's comfortable, easy to use and adjust to get the right fit.
Easy to put on, just slips over his head, clip and go.
Bought the lead to match with the bungee spring which takes the jolt away if he does try to pull.
Our walks on lead are now enjoyable.

Cost wise it might not be the cheapest option but it is well made, sturdy and feels worth the money.
Lots of colour options, and option to have your dogs name on the side too which is a nice touch.

I absolutely love the harness I ordered!!! The order came in a timely manner, anytime I needed customer service assistance, they responded promptly and eager to help me resolve my problem.

Read the return policy. When I tried to return a harness, they first asked me to measure my dog to make I had the right size, and when I declined, asked me to send 7 photos of the product. I realize they are just trying to protect themselves from fraud but I won't be buying from Dogfriendlyco again.

I bought the harness not realising it did not have an integral front D ring. I was going to return, however decided to try it on my dog Harley. It worked like a dream and he walks well on the lead now. Customer service for this company is excellent.

Harnesses we easy to put on and look nice. Not as bulky as the ones we had and straps are easy to adjust. Like the name plates

Just received my Ultimate No-Pull Bundle that included the Harness with front D-Ring and a Bungee Leash, in addition to other items in the bundle. Exceptional sturdy quality on everything. My 11 month old Labrador Reckless has stopped pulling on walks since the first time I took her out with the Harness and leash. Previously used a choke chain and even prong collar. She ignored both of them and made me worry I might hurt her. 10 weeks of dog school did not really help. This was the perfect solution in combination with my training. Highly recommend!

I would have to say the worst customer service ever. After sending numerous photos to prove the return and get approval. I am now waiting at least 2 months and when I went to chase it up today got an email telling me not to keep
Emailing. Seriously the worst customer service ever! When I eventually get to use the item purchased I’ll then be able to provide a proper product review! Never going to buy from this company ever again!

I went off the sizing measurements on their website and the harness was way too small which wasn’t a big deal. I originally intended to exchange it but it took nearly 2 weeks to get an adequate response via email. Because of this I decided to just return it but in order for the return to be approved I needed to provide 5 pictures of the harness from different angles and 3 pictures of the leash. Additionally I was responsible for paying shipping to return the item. On top of all that, despite having a 60-day guarantee advertised all over their website, they withhold a fee for returned items. I ordered 2 harnesses, 2 leashes, 2 d-clips and they withheld $55 from my refund. Horrible experience and I would not recommend.

I'm not gonna lie. I was a little skeptical when ordering because all the reviews i looked at were positive. I'm glad I ordered. The quality of everything I got was really impressive. The clap's are all made of steel with a security lock on it. My Dog's name was also ordered and Its great that other people now know her name. The Hanes is amazing, real easy to put on and off and the quality looks to me like will last.
