Don't listen to what other say. Dog Friendly is a great company and customer service team is superb

Purchased the no-pull harness, D-ring and bungee cord leash. The XS harness was too small for my Yorkie so I requested an exchange for the size XXS. The company declined the exchange because the request was made 3 days after the return window. I have never seen a company refuse an exchange request (not even a refund!) with this little lag time beyond the return period. Dog Friendly clearly does not care about providing a good customer experience. The product is not good enough to warrant this kind of service. Avoid at all costs!

Fast delivery! The fit is exactly what we have been looking for. This will work for a very long time on our girl due to the adjustment strap. Looks great on her!

Love our harness and bungee lead. Our lead was easily replaced when it broke and the team were excellent with communication.

Unfortunately for us and our dog their harness wasn't a match, because of the weird proportions our pup has. However, when I reached out to see if I could return it, they proposed instead to donate it at a shelter of my choice. I was so excited and happy to be given that possibility, and we donated it to the same shelter our pup comes from. The team at Dogfriendly are incredible, kind and helpful. I will buy some of their products in the future, maybe a leash or some other thing, because the experience I had with them was absolutely positive!

This has been the best experience for us, we finally have something our large staffy does not pull or break, she just walks and sniffs, Yes we have a sniffer ! She is so much easier to walk and having her name "bonnie" on it is just great.

We purchased a no-pull harness with name tag for our female Frenchie. It was such a great product we decided to get a second harness for our male Frenchie. Strangely it didn't fit him as well. But DogFriendly were happy to provide lots of advice and guidance, and even refund the harness if we couldn't get it to work for him. The staff were super helpful. The dogs look great, they don't pull and people love using our dogs names. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DogFriendly's awesome products, because they are not just great products. They are also backed by excellent customer service.

This company is a scam. Paid for express shipping and haven’t received a processing email yet and we’re in week 2! Will have to call my bank to return my money.

We absolutely love our Dog Friendly harnesses and matching leads , we have a few as we like to change colours to suit our mood. I love the fact that people know my dog’s name and can and do talk to him without having to talk to me first.
Initially I had some issues with my name tags but the dog friendly team were extremely helpful and prompt in replacing them ,no problem .
I recommend these harnesses to everyone we meet, I believe every dog should have at least one set

Dog Friendly co. not only has amazing products but excellent customer service. I have purchased two of the premium memory foam dog beds and my 95 pound rescue Briard loves it. He has bad hips and needs a good bed. I am purchasing beds for my other dogs. The boucle cover is the best . It looks great and washes beautifully. I also have the harness and bungee leash. I highly recommend those as well. Over all their products are excellent quality at a reasonable price.

Our golden retriver looks smart in his collar and harness. The most important though is how secure and comfortable he is when travelling. We got the whole set- collar, harness, dog lead and poop packs. As Bear was only a puppy we bought the next size harness too. Fabulous product.

All the products that i ordered arrived in a timely fashion, were excellent quality and are functioning fantastically.
I have an American staffy who is extremely strong dog and pulls like a freight train and the products show no sign of failing and i would not hesitate to recommend this companies products to anyone with a dog.
