I have been waiting weeks. They missed the original shipment deadline, then 2 of the 3 items weren't included in the shipment (despite emails claiming it was), I then chased and waited an age for a reply. They told me it would be shipped in two business days (no apology) and then 6 business days later only sent the tracking details after I chased it.

This company sucks

The harness and bungee leash has made a world of difference on our walks with our Great Dane! Highly recommend

Awesome product and customer service, I chose the wrong size, but they were super easy to deal with to swap sizes. Super friendly and helpful.
The product it self is great and I’m already going to get my parents dog a kit too! It’s so cute!

We ordered according to the site specs on size, but when you change it before the order (color is an example) it defaults to not what was ordered but XS in size and we needed a large.

Upon Email contact( other an automated responses, there has been no contact and warnings that if it is resent you go to the bottom of the list (which must be massive).

VERY unhappy customer that just want an exchange of xs for large size!!!!

I have recently purchased this product. After using their sizing recommendations the harness and collar came in too big. It’s fine I messaged them to please make an exchange and send me a smaller size. They said to send it back to them. I had to pay to send it back. Still it’s fine because I received their leash and it’s decent quality so I am willing to go through the trouble to get my collar and harness in the right size.

I sent back their products on 12/26/25 and I have the tracking number that shows they received it. I have sent five unanswered emails asking when I could get my product I paid for. This is not an inexpensive product. This has the price of a premium product and they have essentially stole from me. I currently am using their leash but have paid for the harness and collar and have not heard back from them. It is very upsetting.

Got this harness hoping it would help with my dog pulling on the lead. I had tried lots of things but no success so I was doubtful but to my complete surprise this ACTUALLY works. You need the D ring and click the lead to the front but it is a game changer and like they say it is from the 1st walk. I literally couldn’t believe it so got my son to walk the dog and I said nothing to him and he came back and reported the same success. Highly recommend. My only negative is I’m living in Ireland and I thought this product was coming from the EU as the website had an Eu address but it is from the UK as I had a large custom fee to pay before it was delivered as UK left the EU. Just something to be aware of if ordering from EU.

Thought I’d give this harness ago to stop my dog from pulling and so glad I did absolute game changer he walks so nice in his harness and it looks great and easy to put on. Would recommend to anyone with a dog that pulls .

I've ordered a harness and a lead for my dog. When it arrived turned out the harness was too small (I ordered xxs instead of xs by accident)
I contacted the company and they replied very quickly and helped me rectify my mistake. They didn't want me to return the harness to them, instead they asked for it to be donated to a local shelter, which I did.
They they sorted out a bigger size harness for me with no issue. Throughout the whole thing I've been emailing with Trixie and Krystal and they both were just amazing. Their customer service is outstanding, they respond fast and follow up on everything. The harness and lead are also great quality, very sturdy, adjustable and comfortable for my dog. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dog Friendly is absolutely the best. They worked with me to get the correct fit that is perfect for our pooch. I also can't say enough about how easy they were to work with and they seemed to really care that we were perfectly satisfied with our purchase. I will be referring all our pet owner friends to use them.

They advertise a classic norwegian style harness, which is otherwise rightfully outdated in stores who focus more on dog welfare. Their style of harness might limit pulling, but does so by limiting the dogs overall movement. It is also proven that these types of harness can induce arthritis and similar joint related issues. Their advertising is targeted towards dog owner who wants to do the best for their dogs, but if so, I would avoid this companies products and advice in their advertisement.

I ordered a full dog-lover set in a beautiful yellow, and it is absolutely stunning. The custom name tag was the cherry on top. The quality is excellent, and the sizing fits my pet perfectly. Every essential is so well thought out. I’m incredibly happy with it and would definitely recommend it to all my fellow pet parents.

We purchased their no pull harness and leash. It’s a fantastic tool for my dog that always pulled. I now don’t go on a walk without the Dog Friendly co gear. Highly recommend for even large dogs. Immediately effective and makes walks a joy.

Would love to give a 5-star for the quality, but on the contrary, I received the kit 11-12 days after ordering. And now, I’m trying to exchange the harness for a smaller size, I received a denied email after submitting the form on their site dec15. Up to now we’re still going back and forth about the return process even after providing the order # (which i think is enough proof of purchase). It’s almost a month since I ordered and up to now my dog wasn’t able to use it, this is kinda upsetting.

I’ve purchased collars and harnesses for my 2 GSDs and was very impressed with the quality and appearance. I have to say I frequent pet shops for dog products but haven’t seen items that compare with Dog Friendly.

Although it took a few weeks to arrive to me in the UK, the anti pull front D ring (harness) and lead are brilliant. I can now enjoy a walk with my dog and although she's still trying to pull, all the force is taken out her pulling and she is auto corrected. We are so much happier on walks!

Lovely strong products I ordered the the wrong size as Ido have a small German shepherd her collar looks lovely can’t wait to use the harness on her when the new one arrives

I had previously given a 2 star rating for the harness because I put it together wrong.
After watching a video from the company on how to fit it, it is perfect! So easy to put on and off and the front D ring is a game changer for a dog that pulls. I am so happy with this purchase!!!
