Great test result analysis and support but would love the testing centres to be nearer

Do Health is good. Initially I thought it’s not giving me much more than I have already but the testing alone is worth the annual fee. Good having results in one place. Be good if results were shared with my doctor too. I think the advice and deeper conversations with Joy on the results have been helpful.

Simple and easy to use, great for the price with very detailed information on the 51 biomarkers checked. Would, and have, recommend.

The blood draw was really straight forward in a location half an hour from where I live. My results were through in five days. They've been useful and the app explains each marker really clearly. My results identified a surprise vitamin deficiency which I am working on correcting so the retest in four months will be interesting. It's reassuring to know I will be getting meaningful retests a few times a year. Excellent value for money. Giving it four stars only because the thyroid markers are incomplete, in my eyes.

Do Health tests multiple biomarkers via blood tests. Pleased to see majority of my results are very positive which is reassuring. I like that I receive personalised recommendations on how to improve my health. And that I can query my results via the AI tool. Introductory cost of £250 is great value as I’ve paid a lot more for blood tests via a nutritionist five years ago. Backed by Dr Rangan Chattergee, whose books I’ve read and podcast is brilliant, and enjoy both, it gave me reassurance to sign up,

I have rated highly because I think the whole experience is fantastic. There were a few surprises with my results and a few that I sort of knew. If I had any request for improvements it would be to not have to drive 70 miles round journey oir bloods as I live in Plymouth. Even the clinician commented you are the fifth person from Plymouth this morning.

Really pleased to be able to access my blood results so I can be preventative with my health. Have found a couple of things that I did not know about that I can try and improve.

Very pleasant and helpful nurse took my blood. The results came back very quickly and were easy to understand especially with the help of Joy. The daily, easy to achieve recommendations are very helpful. I am looking forward to seeing if I have improved my results at the next test.

Easy to sign up and get booked in. Results came really quickly with a great explanation of what they mean in an easy to use app

Contacted support for help with insurance claim. Though this is something could be automated but the reply was conclusive and comprehensive

Love the depth of insight and support in understanding my results, which I found to be encouraging, clear and helpful rather than intimidating and complicated, as I find can sometimes be the case with these things. App is great and I hope that with time, the functionality can grow into something more active with maybe daily prompts for check-ins and some more features to encourage change/action, reflection and accountability. When I had an issue with booking my blood test, customer service was really responsive and the person I spoke to was very helpful and lovely. Overall, would definitely recommend to others - and already have :)

I'm only on week 2 so its early days yet. Booking the blood test was simple and very convenient with easy parking.
Results came after a week with clear explanation in app.
Like weekly action format with choice of actions to follow.

The blood test report, is excellent. I can't dispute that. So far, the recommendations seem to be really good (this is just my first week, so it's hard to judge).

Just a couple of things have been slightly dissapointing - it took ages to get an available appointment for the blood test. I don't live in London, so my options were limited to one testing centre and I had to wait a month for the next available appointment. Then it took way longer to get the report vs what the app recommended. I appreciate it says 'you should receive... ' rather than 'you will receive... ' Now, I've had my results back, they were unable to give me the results of all the biomarkers. I had to point that out to Do Health a couple of days ago. I would've expected at least something to say 'here are you results, sorry that we were unable to get the results for 2 of the bio markers - here's what we are going to do about it'. I imagine, that if I hadn't queried it, no one would've picked up on that. I'm still waiting to find out why they were unable to pick up those 2 biomarkers.
