We've also launched new flavours that genuinely taste good, strawberry, peach mango and our reformulated watermelon are the current line up. One of the biggest lessons we learned is that real results take time. After running surveys with our own customers, we found that visible changes start showing up around the 1 to 1.5 month mark, with the best results around 3 to 4 months. We've updated our entire website to reflect this honestly because the last thing we want is to mislead anyone with unrealistic timelines. On the support side, we've grown our team and made sure every email is replied to within 24 hours by an actual human. I fell for this TWICE ! Convinced myself I had a slight tan thinking it’s probably that my melatonin was slow- no I bought 2 more same bottle different colour, weaker flavour played like a fool ! No doesn’t work 😡 don’t fall for it £60 down 🙄

Please do not waste your money!! This is an absolute scam and they do not work. Big joke!
Used 11 drops a day for more than a month and didn't see a thing. I tan very easily in the sun so melatonin is not the issue.

Let’s clarify the facts.
We were fully permitted to ship to Ireland until customs began detaining all tanning drops, due to unregulated, fake versions from other brands entering the country with unsafe, uncertified ingredients.
Despite this not being our fault, we took full responsibility:
1. We refunded every Irish customer affected
2. We emailed everyone whose order was detained
3. And in your case, we even requested more details, but never received a reply for 3+ days.
Please make sure to check your email (including spam) before making false claims. We do our best to resolve every issue quickly and transparently.

Your order was part of the group affected in Ireland, where customs began detaining all tanning drops regardless of the brand. This happened because other companies started selling unsafe versions with unapproved ingredients, so customs chose to detain every shipment, including ours.
Despite this not being our fault, you were fully refunded and informed by email.
We do our best to provide timely replies, but during high volume periods it can take slightly longer to respond. Still, we always make sure our customers are either refunded or updated as soon as we get clarity from customs.

I ordered my product on 24/03 and I have not received my order. Emailed the company to advise them of this, who informed me that the Royal Mail have marked my order as delivered. It has not been delivered. They are now saying there is no record of my order, despite the payment being taken from my account . I will be reporting this to Trading Standards.
