We're not going to pretend we got everything right from day one because we didn't. Over the past 6+ months we've put a lot of work into improving every part of the brand based on honest feedback from our customers. The formula has been completely reworked with a stronger dosage and the ingredients we knew were missing, so it actually delivers results without needing sun exposure to back it up. We've also launched new flavours that genuinely taste good, strawberry, peach mango and our reformulated watermelon are the current line up. One of the biggest lessons we learned is that real results take time. After running surveys with our own customers, we found that visible changes start showing up around the 1 to 1.5 month mark, with the best results around 3 to 4 months. We've updated our entire website to reflect this honestly because the last thing we want is to mislead anyone with unrealistic timelines. On the support side, we've grown our team and made sure every email is replied to within 24 hours by an actual human. ITS A SCAM
If you notice, it's only a select few that give it 5 stars . It's a con and waste of money. They say they have customer service, but they don't. Always do your due diligence when purchasing a product. I'm not sure how these fake pages, manage to get on to Facebook. They need to tighten up and check who they are letting advertise. No one gets money back and you don't get the product! It's a complete joke! Please read my review people. It's a 💯 % SCAM!!!

If someone doesn’t receive their order, we always refund or reship, simple as that. In many cases, local couriers are responsible for poor delivery handling, not us. Still, we take responsibility and fix it as soon as we’re contacted.
We operate through Shopify, run ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and go through regular platform verification. Every transaction is monitored, and if we ever fail to deliver, the customer can report it and the payment is reversed through their bank. The systems in place are built to protect the customer first.
Next time, please email us directly or respond to our request so we can resolve it.
Spreading false claims without proof isn’t helpful to anyone.

Update i definitely see a difference in slight tan when I wasn't in the sun was slight but noticeable,, however I decided to go for a sun bed for 6 mins only 1 occasion and noticed a huge difference ans 2 other days I was out for the day in 17 degree sun and again caught the sun so much more than I usually do , so 100% will be rebuying as a huge difference when just casually out in normal sun brilliant product I love it
Received in a decent time, very well packed and don't taste horrible thank god , have only been using a couple of days so yet to see a tan but thats to be expected in the short time I've used them , but so far no complaints this will be am absolute game changer if I get a good glow up

Your response says everything if this is how you talk to customers. If you had replied I would not have needed to keep sending messages and emails and surely my first message would not have gone into spam

It's because you've been spamming with emails n messages which is why they all went into the spam list.
It clearly states 24 hours on the website for someone to get back to you, and you may get a fast response on live chat if there's anyone available.
But because we do have people like you booming with a bunch of emails it's harder for us to filter and get back to everyone on time.
Next time before you want to buy something open your eyes. On the product website, everything is mentioned there.

Waste of money
Bought the Milano Tanning Drops and they have had zero effect and they have a no return policy.
Have nearly finished the second bottle and it's been a complete waste of time and money.
Do not bother with them.
