This is a SCAM -the worst company

This is the worst company! it is the biggest scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN OR GET MONEY BACK. They have received my boots back on Nov 21st -I have the tracking # to prove it and they still refuse to refund my money.

Fake Fake Fake Do Not Order From Dolceshoes, You could throw your money into a trash can and have the same experience...

As other reviewers have stated, this is a total scam website. The shoes I received were garbage versions of the photos used on their site. They ignored multiple emails, the contact form on their site always had an error - regardless of date, time of day, or operating system. My bank utterly failed me on assisting with dispute settlement (always use a credit card, folks!), and in a moment of poor communication on their end, I thought my money was refunded so I tossed the p.o.s. shoes. Anyway, I lost $75.28 because I clicked on a stupid link on stupid instagram and bought stupid shoes on a stupid fake site. I still have the hilarious comparison photos. This all started in Oct 2019, and as of Jan 2020 there is no response from this fake company that is probably a lap top in a basement in Hong Kong [what actually posted to my account Description Purchase Detail Description ONLINE CLOTHING STORE HONG KONG HKHK". Good work, thieves.

do NOT shop on Dolceshoes.com website

Do not use Dolce shoes to purchase shoes, I purchased shoes over 3.5 months ago. Never received the shoes, they do not reposed to emails and the web site contact form does NOT work. There is no way of contacting them. They are a scam, offices operate out of HK or so the address says with no telephone number. Shocking!

Disappointing!

I ordered a pair of shoes, and got a pair that looks different than I ordered.
The website says: 'Fast and easy refund, just email XXX for a return address.' I sent like 7 emails, using different email addresses, but I got no response. Just nothing.
There is this contact page on the website you can fill in if you have a question, but that did not work either. It's just sad.
