I had a sizing issue with my first order and chose to contact the Dolci Lusso team. They were so quick to respond and kindly helped me resolve the problem (for FREE!!!). I really appreciate this brand and love the quality of products

Bad experience

I only gave this company one star as it wouldn’t let me leave a review after . All I can say is donor buy anything from this company I ordered a pair of stretchy trousers and they were too big so I apparently was out of the given time to return them so I ordered another pair as the label on the first ones said L I ordered a medium they came through with L on them the company said in the size guide this is how they work they said they will send a replacement if I paid $14.99 I feel they have not met my requirements as a customer and they also advised it’s more expensive to return an item back to them so god knows how much it is if you don’t like the item your ordered . I will never order from this company again as their customer service is appalling

The shirt is good

The shirt is good. I little thin for the price. I thought it would be a little heavier material. its like putting on a shirt. I guess that a positive or a negative depending on what you re looking for.

Be careful very poor qlty

Be careful. This business is not worth buying the clothes. Very poor quality and refund policy is hassle. They’ll not accept returns by threatening you saying shipment costs a lot so we pay you 25% or 50% and keep the clothes.

Stay away from this online store clothes made in China and shipped from China.

After close to placing an order for 5…

After close to placing an order for 5 shirts, i pulled back and said no, simply based on reviews that stitching falls apart and customer service is poor… if you buy something and wear it in the uk, you can return it as your protected by consumer rights… for me lucky escape, i would not want to pay £44 for a shirt from £88, then get 5 for £135…. Thats £27 each, for that price i can get some decent polos… for £44 can get alot more.. sorry, but im out…

Ordered 4 colors of the Veneto

Ordered 4 colors of the Veneto, extremely impressed with the quality, customer service was also great! Genuinely not sure why there’s so much negativity here, I’ll definitely be coming ordering again.

Worst company

Worst company. Right after i put the shirt on, some white stiches start to appear all over.

Emailed the company but they refused to accept return stating that it was worn.
Obviously it was worn, this defect start to appear the moment i put it on.
When i pointed to their
"Damaged or Defective Items Policy" they ignored it.

Will file a dispute with a credit card company. I will encourage every one who has an issue with them to file a claim with a credit card company.

Bank don like when too many claims against an account. If to many claims will be filed against them, the bank will close their account due to a high dispute rate

Avoid avoid avoid

Its a scam site. Their 'support' is emailing some randomer who then tries to barter with you when you ask for a refund to give you only a fraction in return of what you paid. They will do absolutely anything not to give a full refund and when you press for the return address/return labels its for a laundromat in nowhere America - not joking. Will be reporting to trading standards. Several hours after telling me they will give me partial refund they have ghosted me, they will not reply to me. AVOID, have also reported on FB and Insta, that their ads are even allowed is a disgrace.
