Good communication (perhaps a little too much at times). It would be nice if all email correspondence were attached to the emails so that one could see the entire history and always know what it's about. Currently, it's a miserable search through the inbox. Otherwise, excellent repair (even more was repaired than stated) and incredibly fast.

We experienced a mishap with our Rimowa suitcase on a flight on Lufthansa and a connection with Condor. On arrival in Cape Town we saw that one of the four wheels had broken off. We filled in the questionnaire at arrival and a few days later Dolphi was in contact where and when the suitcase could be picked up for repair.
When we were back home we agreed on a certain pickup date. Within 8 days the suitcase was returned in the state it was before our trip.
Advice always after arrival check and officially report mishaps. After that I hope it is Dolphi1920 that has to take care of damaged baggage. TOP SERVICE.
