The bag got picked up quickly, arrival confirmed a day later but after that no more communication took place except the request for a rating on trustpilot.

At least the repaired the suitcase but with a different handle than the original was.
Another suitcase the offer was € 12,- discount. Not really an offer for an suitcase with the size "L"! Maybe the postage to Austria would be covert.

Very helpful and monitored the case very closely, unlike the airline (LOT) which their performance was very deficient.
