I had an excellent experience booking my trip with Dome Travel. They were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure my trip was smooth and memorable.

What stood out most was their responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally, which made the whole process stress-free.

I was a last minute addition to the February 2026 Umrah trip. Dome Tours communicated exceedingly well with any questions that I had and also in processing my application. They were patient whilst my documents were being prepared.

Travel arrangements were well organised, comfortable coaches to and from the airports. The train which was organised from Medina to Makkah was wonderful!

The hotels provided were of excellent standard, the cleanliness which is a big tick from me. There was a variety of food for the breakfast buffet.

The proximity of the hotel to the Prophet's Mosque made it extremely easy for my parents and I to walk for congregational prayer.
The hotel in Makkah was also close by to the Masjid Al Haram. The only drawback being that there is an incline on the walk back from the masjid, anybody in a wheelchair or mobility issues will find it difficult.

I was particularly worried about the ZamZam water and how we would arrange collecting it and transporting it back to the UK. The whole process was ever so easy and stress-free.

The group leader, Shaikh Mohammad Mahmoud, knew exactly where to go- where the coaches were located and navigated us well at the train station.

All in all a highly enjoyable experience from me and I would recommend to others who would like a stress-free trip to Umrah.

Dome Tours provided a professional service from the beginning to the end of our Umrah journey. This allowed us to concentrate on the spiritual aspects of our visit to the holy sanctuaries. The hotel (The Hilton) in Makkah sharif was impressive; both hotels (in Makkah and Madinah) were very close to the haraam sharifs which was important to me. Can’t thank the organisation enough. May Allah سبحانه وتعالى reward you all abundantly.

Dome Tours facilitated a family Umrah visit for us which we completed successfully last week Alhamdulilah.
Dome arranged every aspect of the trip seamlessly and were very attentive to detail.
Timely reminders at every step to confirm pre arranged transportation details/tour guide details and timings.
This meant we could focus on the Ibadah and not worry too much about logistics.

I did hajj with my wife with dome tours. It was tricky booking a hajj package but Alhamdullilah we got in via phase 4 during Ramadan. As soon as we were accepted by Allah swt for hajj dome were extremely professional, guided us all the way for visa, prep before hajj, advice on fitness and exercise, fiq related matters, medical matters via telegram, the organisation in Saudi, Mecca, Mina , Arafat and Medina were brilliant. The guides , sheikh and doctor in the group were brilliant ! The standards in the hotel were brilliant - so in essence you can concentrate on just your hajj - lots of guidance - I would highly recommend dome tours !
The guides Ossama, Shahed, Hassan, Fattelah, we’re fantastic ad were the sheikh in our group. Sheikh imtiaz, Zubair and Rusvan were excellent

Dome Tours were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we booked the package, until the airport good byes they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were safe and well.
They guided us through every step and were always incredibly supportive. They provided us with amazing seminars, webinars, lessons and lectures which were super informative. We had countless opportunities to ask questions to mufti’s, doctors and scholars before our trip, during our trip and most importantly whilst performing our sacred pilgrimage.

The volunteers were soilders! Even in the scorching heat they managed to smile, encourage and look after us SubhanAllah!

Dome tours was our first choice for Umrah on December 2023. Our experience during Umrah made Dome Tour our first choice for the Hajj 2025.
Their professionalism and care for pilgrims was best. Travell from Jeddah airport to Makkah, Makka to Mina, Mina to Arafah, Arafah to Muzdalifa, Musdalifa to Jumarath, Makkah to Mina, Stoning at Jamarath, Mina to Makkah was well organised coordinated.

An amazing experience with Dome tours. They are so organized and dedicted and did the best for us to have an easy and smooth Haj.
