We had amazing Guides who were very supportive throughout, especially Brother Faz, Sisters Manal and daughter, Rizvia and Aisha.
It was them that made our Hajj easier in that they were always on hand to help and answer any questions as well as all the other Guides.
The organisation of the whole journey including the Tours was excellent and we had the best Hajj experience we could ever have hoped for.

Although not the cheapest, the service provided and logistical support is unmatched! It is worth that extra bit of money for sure. Don’t cheap out on a big trip like hajj at all.
All my friends who use the cheaper/other groups, always complain about lack of services.

I had an incredible Hajj experience with Dome Tours. Everything was perfectly organised and ran smoothly. The team handled any unexpected issues with great care and professionalism, which really gave me peace of mind. I chose Dome because I wanted to focus fully on my worship while they took care of the rest, and they absolutely delivered.

The guides and staff were wonderful, and we were well looked after throughout the journey. The only small improvement I’d suggest is having a dedicated, air-conditioned prayer space in Arafat for those who want more privacy and quiet for worship. Aside from that, everything was truly exceptional.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Dome Tours to anyone planning their Hajj. Whether you’re travelling alone or with family, they make the whole process seamless, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail allow you to focus completely on your worship without any added stress. Amazing tour of the 2 holy sites. Professional and knowledgeable with regards to how to do umrah. Hotels were great and the logistics went smooth. I would highly recommend!

I found this company to be greedy in how they deal with their pilgrims -my umrah took place in October 2023 with Abdulrahman the owner of this company who was behaving oppressively and obsessively at times putting disabled people at a loss because of his lack of organisation and his need to focus on the next group whilst the first group hasn’t even begun. About of these reviews are fake I witnessed pilgrims on Umrah not be able to fulfill their umrah due to lack of organisation and the fact that Abdulrahman chose not to have any volunteers from Dome to help on the umrah. I found that to be extremely oppressive and I witnessed disabled pilgrims not be accounted for or treated well either. A lot of manipulative behaviour was going on and people were chastised for not being able to use Telegram’ so no regard for accessibility and disability at all. These are facts and I swear by Allah swt this is what I witnessed and experienced. I was traumatised by the greed and the facade and watching others suffer as well as myself. Dome is not what it makes out to be it depends on weak pilgrims with no self agency and particularly caters to certain races over others to garner domination. Very cruel tactics and I complain of my anguish to Allah swt Al Adl. Hasbia Allah wa’nima el wakeel.

Br Abu Isa and his family were truly great hosts and made every effort to make the Umrah experience the best for us. May Allah (swt) reward Abu Isa and his family abundantly for his efforts, and grant him and his family the best of both worlds. Abu Isa’s wife May Allah swt reward her abundantly for the support she provided the sisters, she was there every step of the way and was such an important part of the journey for us. The family have played a part in this life changing experience for me and are part of the memories I will have for the rest of my life.

The location of hotel in Makkah was convenient, food at the hotel was great and the overall booking process was quick. I would 100% recommend Dome Tours if you are thinking of embarking on this sacred journey.

I recently had the privilege of traveling for Umrah with Dome Tours, and I am so grateful for the exceptional service they provided. My family and I had booked for October with Umrah Transformations. From start to finish, Shaykh Harun and Shaykh Mohamed made the entire journey smooth, comfortable, and spiritually enriching.

The staff at Dome Tours were incredibly helpful (special thank you to both Ibrar who is in London and Mustafa who is based in Medina), most especially to the shaykh for answering all our questions and providing guidance on what to expect during the trip. The accommodations in both Makkah and Madinah were top-notch, with comfortable hotels located just a short walk from the Haram, which made performing the rituals of Umrah much easier. The transportation arrangements were also excellent, with reliable buses and timely transfers.

The whole team from Dome tours was excellent right from the start of the booking process to all the way during Hajj and back to the UK.

You can tell they have vast experience in dealing with Hajj.

The guides during hajj were very friendly and helpful at all times considering everyone was suffering during the extreme heat this year.

Would definitely be using Dome tours again in the future if given the chance.

The price you pay covers everything, so you shouldn't expect perfection in every aspect. There will be ups and downs, and not all issues are within the control of the agency.

We stayed at the Oberoi Hotel in Madina, which I highly recommend. This hotel was a dream with its excellent food, convenient location (especially for women), and cleanliness. In Makkah, we stayed at the Hilton Suites, which also had a great location.

Anyone planning to go on Hajj in the future should prepare for the worst and be ready for all situations, such as extreme weather, road closures, and a lot of walking. Not everything will always go according to plan, and that does not mean it is the agency's fault.

Overall, I had a great experience with Dome Tours, Alhamdulillah.

Only negative for Dome to note is that information overload can be confusing for some people.

Ive been to Hajj twice with Dome tours, however this umrah trip was surreal. We booked a typical umrah with the understanding that we will learn a little bit of seera on the side. What we didn't realised was that this trip will change our lives in different ways. Although I will admit, it was quite full on, sometimes tiring, but the lessons the sheikh's taught us in this journey has been life changing. The trip took us in a spiritual and emotional journey that's hard to explain. Highly recommend if you are having difficulty in your life or want to be more spiritually connected.

I feel this trip is suitable for English speaking adults.
Participants will need to have access to phone and headphone all the time.
For anyone who don't mind spending less time in the Prophets mosque or the masjid al Haram due to the program schedule.
