I am lucky to have Elisha coming to fix my LG washer. He is very professional and helpful. He has listened to my description of the washer problem and watched the film I took patiently and then does a detailed diagnosis. After the repair he has explained to me all of the story. I have used Domex a couple of times now and have to say that they make it so easy! With transparent and competitive pricing, they have managed to sort my appliance problems out very quickly. The engineers have always been very polite and professional. Domex is also an approved service firm to many manufacturers and that is very reassuring.

Washing machine
The engineer that came out made sure he had covers over his shoes which I thought was very good of him, not all engineers do this. I explained to him what faults we had been having with the washing machine. He checked everything to identify what was causing the washing machine to not work properly. He sorted this out before leaving. He was very well mannered and polite. He even wiped up any water that went on the floor. I wish there were more engineers like him.

Quick and efficient
Found a very early booking (48 hours). Same engineer as the last time called to say he was on his way. Arrived, found the fault, fixed with spares in his van, and was gone. Couldn't ask for more.

Fault finding and repair with multiple parts in 20 minutes on a complex LG dryer within the prepaid £175 charge. We have not experienced much of this in the 21st century.

Our engineer Boris attended and found that the drain filter assembly had become disconnected. He also identified a severe blockage in the pipework beneath the sink, which was preventing the washing machine from operating correctly. As the blockage was within the household plumbing rather than the appliance itself, a plumber's attendance is required to rectify the underlying issue.

Pleasant engineer tested the washing machine the fault was getting stuck in the cycle he tested all cycle and problem did not accurr again.
