I have been using Domestic & General for a very long time. Their quality of service is amazing and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I had a problem with my washing machine and they were to send someone the next day, who fixed the problem very professionally.

During the appointment, Leroy carried out checks of the drum for any sharp edges that could potentially damage clothing and also inspected the drum paddles to ensure they were secure. No visible fault or sharp areas were identified during these checks. As part of his advice, he also discussed avoiding overloading the machine, although we appreciate that you advised him that this is not something you do.
We understand how frustrating it must be to experience damage to your clothes when no obvious cause can be identified, and we're sorry that the outcome of the visit did not meet your expectations.
