Shocking portions, regular customer of dominos pizza but when you get 8 wedges in a portion it is disappointing!

Stay away!! Unless you want to wait forever.
I waited 2 hours for my 5 pizzas. When I finally called them, they admitted they hadn’t even started making the order. They asked if I still wanted it — I said yes.

Then I waited another 1.5 hours. This time they told me the pizzas were ready, but there was no rider available. So the pizzas were just sitting there, probably cold by then.

I asked if they could at least estimate the delivery time. The girl on the phone said she couldn’t because of “traffic.” I told her it was 23:00 at night — there is no traffic.

The staff had zero sense of service, and the whole place seems like pure chaos.

Denia, Spain. To be honest the only thing i didn't like was the quality of the pizzas. I ordered the 2 Vegan pizzas they have.. €59!!!.. then you have to register to get a discount off this ridiculous price. The quality and size of the pizza was disappointing. I can see now why the place was empty at 7pm on a Saturday night!

Wanted to get 2 lg pizzas for $6.99 ea carry out special. Turns out you have to order online the store told me. I had already tried that. Several times. Even though it says you can order as “guest” it would not let me. You MUST give out email and sign up for rewards program to place an order…this is false advertising!!!
Never again!! It is NOT the first time this company has pulled this crap to try to get info that they can sell…and they do!

My experience with Dominos, regardless of where it is located is amazing. Having it picked up the staff are lovely and the food is delicious. Shame, wish the establishments were a bit more full with things like seats to wait for your food if you ordered straight away. Amazing experience though, I recommend.
