I ordered an adult wheelchair poncho…
I ordered an adult wheelchair poncho and my order was confirmed on 7 January. Still no sign. I have emailed and left phone messages but have not heard a squeak. Money down the drain I guess.

Ordered and paid for an adult wheelchair poncho on 19 December 2023. Was told delivery would be 21-28 working days. As of 28 February 2024 I have heard nothing further from them. They have ignored all phone messages, emails, and contact form enquiries from me.
Am about to raise a disputed payment with my credit card company, and also to report DONANN to Essex Trading Standards Dept.
H. Williams.
I placed an order with Donann on 16th January for a all-in-one suit. When I saw the delivery I tried to cancel the order but it is impossible to get hold of them either by phone or email.
It is now five weeks since I placed the order and have had no information. The money went out of my account the same day (of course) Where is my order.
Donann are a scam company. Paid £26.99 for a child's fleece wheelchair cover 11th Dec 23, numerous... calls (only an answer phone message) and emails and contact us forms completed no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Placed my order in November 2023.
Received confirmation for my order. Nothing since. Contacted them twice, but no reply. Very angry and dissapointed
