Did buy a Lamp and it did not fit perfectly, want to return it but they wont let it, verry bad customer service.
They lie to you on the website, they dont accept returns within 30 days. Even when its unused !
I paid & ordered on December 3rd. The item still not here, the customer service still just emailing&chatting with me that they handling the situations etc.. But the reality is i’m here after 18 days of the order placed&paid and got nothing.
They sent me the wrong light model. Some cheap looking false item. Website says 24/7 support but im lucky to get a response every 4-5 days. Almost a month later and im still awaiting my refund. Diabolical.
i bought a FD 6500 grow light. 640w .what can i say. perfect light only had it on my plants for 3 days what a diference. brought them on in leaps and bounds. i cant believe it. with my other lights the leaves were starting to droop and go a bit yelow. 3 days under this new light leves are pointing up to the sun and every thing is looking a lot lot greener. got it set at about 40-50%for the time being. got to be 10 out of 10 for this one i think .fits in a 4x4 tent. but perhaps a 5x5 would be better. good quality robust profesanal grow light. very good value for money very pleased whith it
