Terrible experience. I lost my wallet while visiting this place, and what made the situation even worse was that I was told the security cameras couldn’t be checked. I received almost no help or support from the staff, and no real effort was made to assist me. I left feeling frustrated, helpless, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place, especially if you expect your concerns to be taken seriously when something goes wrong.
Just bought 5 pairs of pants, a few days later the pants are discounted by 20%. Dondup refuses to refund the difference despite the fact that I am within my 14 day return period. It would have been good service where the difference would be refunded rather than me having to send the pants back and then order new ones. Bad customer service as not clear Dondup. I had offered a solution where they would simply refund the difference on 2 out of the 5 pants, which was also refused.
