I was hesitant at first. But, when I let go and let Done with Debt take over, my anxiety eased up and I got a wonderful peaceful feeling. When my credit cards started to be settled one by one a weight was lifted from my heart.

Having a Case Worker that Truly Cares through Advocacy
Having a Case Worker assigned to help answer a lot of questions along the way is most helpful, and my current Case Worker, Cynthia Fleming, has consistently offered to help me sort things out whenever I needed it, she answers phone calls and responds with a return call the same day. She’s dedicated in her job and truly advocates for her clients, I’m sincerely saying this based on my personal experience. Now that I understand the concept of the program, I feel reassured that Done with Debt is a company I can trust and rely on to help me back on track with my financial situation and gain back stability sooner than later. The APP is user friendly and easy to navigate.

December Deposit issues
I have been waiting on a sale of some real estate, and it did not close. I called and talked to Cynthia, she is so friendly and easy to work with, she was able to get my deposit for December reduced so I could stay in the program. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and no runarounds she knows who to call and get things done.

Done with Debt is a professional debt mitigation company that helps folks get on the right track. Credit card debt is insidious and most people finance things at ridiculous rates that violate usury laws but that's another story. DwD has been fantastic from day one. Cynthia is one person Id like to highlight in particular for going over and above in every aspect of her duties. Her personal committment mixed with compassion and empathy makes the process painless and feel like no matter what happens, you will come out the other side in a much better place. The process was seamless and easy to enroll. Everyone was very professional and wanted to help you choose the best debt relief program for you that met your specific needs. Once the program was set up, everything was pretty much on autopilot. Debt settlement happened in a very reasonable amount of time.
