Used this service a few times, surprised and pleased with their offers, for items I would have either thrown away or given to local charity shops. More than pleased and couldn't recommend them enough.

Beware anyone who wants to sell their things on this site .I sent a parcel of good quality costume jewellery to sell . After numerous phone calls and emails I was offered £20.40 which is an insult.I only received the offer after saying i was going to the small claims court.Their advert which i heard on the radio is nothing but a scam. I ended my email with the saying’At least Richard Turpin wore a mask ‘It will be interesting to see how long it takes them to return my parcel!I have had to change his name to Richard Turpin because his nickname is inappropriate language apparently 🙄🙄🙄 I GIVE UP

Efficient honest and speedy

Super helpful with advice on what you can send. Quick turn around with offer and then payment. Great that postage is paid for, can’t lose. Will continue to use when clearing out or down sizing.

Within 2 days of sending my items i got an offer which i thought was a little bit lower than what I was expecting but it was a fare offer and I needed some cash fast to pay some bills and accepted the offer and will definitely use them again 👍👍
