Extortionately priced nails for such bad quality, the nails are flimsy and cheap, they last less than an hour having only washed my hands once. Complete waste of money, you can get better quality nails at the drug store.

This was my first purchase with Dooby Nails and it was the best purchase ever! Forget the nail salon... when you can purchase at Dooby nails and change up your nails all the time. !!!

Horrible quality nails. They didn't last a few hours before one cracked down the middle. I raised my concerns on their instagram and they blocked me, as they did with so many others. Horrid company.

I ordered the short oval matte black nails and I think the quality is really good for the price. I wish there was more option for wider nails tho because I would have needed more of those. They're a bit too long for me but I also got short fingers so it's not the shop's fault. However, I'm not satisfied with the glue stickers at all. Two nails didn't stick to the glue and I had to use several stickers to fix them but the glue just disappears after you wash your hands so the nails fall of one by one. I'm going to try it with proper nail glue and see how they will fit then. My name is Marlene Gmeiner

Really disappointed! Very cheap product and the stick on glue is no use at all. Be aware.

I am very disappointed with this company doobysnail they're such a careless and fraud product providing company i have ever seen i never believed such a behavior from country like london. after placing an order of 20£ they didn't reply my mail complain Instagram messages nothing at all its been 9ver month. i had to contact my friend in london to dig them out and we are writing an formal complain to the government's customer helpline support of london. Wouldn’t even give a star tbf. Awful. Don’t waste your money. The gel tabs for starters second you wash your hands the nails fall off. Then had the nails on for two days (after purchasing glue) and the paint started to come off. Really poor quality. Look else where. You’ll get better nails in the pound shop!!!!!! When you contact them to complain they just completely ignore you and hope you’ll go away. Complete scam. Stay away!!!!!!

I ordered a set of Christmas nails and I ordered the glue bits with the nails and I got the nails which don't look like what I ordered and also they came without the glue bits, I now can't wear these nails for Christmas which is the whole I ordered them. I've now got to spend more money on nails that I didn't want to spend as I wanted these nails. Not very happy at all. I would like a refund.

The first time I ordered with them my order was quick and sweet up until now emailed them about 3 times asking where my parcel is and iv had no reply, disappointed because this was my new go to place for nails.

Very disappointed with this company. I won the Christmas nails competition on Instagram. I had to chase for several weeks, and still to date I have not received them. So there is no point me having Christmas nails for just one week! They kept saying haven’t heard anything from me or busy! We have all had a horrid year and I especially needed this pick me up. They were blunt and not very caring. I unfollowed them after the 10 message I said saying am I getting them. I was even contemplating buying nails from them before the competition, well they have lost a potential customer.

Excellent product and efficient service. Easy to apply plus great quality. Ordered full set for me and my 18 year daughter. She has been converted, loved acrylics previously. We are both impressed with the staying power. 2 weeks now Will be purchasing again and have had many compliments.

If I could I’ll give zero stars.
I ordered my nails in June, I knew that there was going to be a long wait for the the delays in the deliveries due to the pandemic, but we’re in October and they don’t even answer my emails.
I’ve lost the count of how many mails I wrote, I tried to get in touch on the Instagram page explaining that I send them already lots of emails and they answered me saying to write an email via their website page again because someone was going to contact me straight away.
I did it, and guess what? Still no answers.
Moral of the story?
I haven’t recieved my nails and they haven’t even apologised or given me a refund.

Very disappointing.

To my disappointment, the nails do not come with nail glue or the gel tabs. Once this has come to my attention, I had to order the gel tabs separately, with delivery cost being more what the product is worth. Followed the instructions provided, however the gel pads which are described as 'super strong' did not last a day. Very poor quality product and false advertisement.

Ordered 2 sets of false nails - a ready to ship and a handmade order which apparently takes between 5-10 days. That was fine, because the wedding I was attending was a month away. I had looked at these guys for ages because their nails were so lovely. Now a month later, I still haven’t received my nails, the wedding I bought them for has been and gone, and all they can tell me is that I have to ask through a web form about order status. No matter how nice they look, don’t bother.

DO NOT BUY!! Purchased extremely poor quality nails from here...chipped and colour faded within ONE evening....I have sent 8 emails along with instagram messages and comments on Instagram with ZERO response.....this company will scam you out of your money!! The customer service is none existent!

So I ordered these nails for my birthday and they came on perfect time and expected time. The packing that the nails were in was insanely pretty and no damage at all, the boxes are gorgeous. The nails look exactly as they are presented online the quality is unreal amazing!! The nails are absolutely stunning, the best nails I’ve ever purchased and will deffently be ordering some more! Amazing nails, 100% recommend!

Would love to support this brand cause the nails are really pretty. But cannot recommend since the quality is really poor. The paint comes chipping off after two hours of using them. They are really expensive to be worn for only one or two hours. Definitely not reusable like it says on the website! Also, they haven’t responded my messages even though I’ve been trying to contact them twice. The customer service is quite terrible to be honest.

I received my Doobys nail order fairly quickly considering the they are hand made. I fell in love with them instantly, they fitted my nails well and the sticky tabs lasted longer than I expected

Ordered the pink set which arrived within 10 days, they do look good however as soon as you get your hands wet the gel doesn't stick anymore and nail falls off. Only lasted me 4 hrs and I've had cheaper nails lasts 7 days at least.
Apart from looking nice I wouldn't pay the price or purchase again

Ordered them last october and it's july. I have contacted them several times per email and instagram and they won't give me a refund.
Not worth it at all
