Item not received emailed and asked where order is and no response shocking service

No Contact - No delivery
Items ordered and paid for on 18/8/25. Still not received today 26/8/25 so called to chase and was told it was out of stock but coming into them today so we should have delivered tomorrow 27/8/25. We were not made aware and neither was this emailed review who obviously assumed we would have already received our order. No contact whatsoever with an update and will not be using again.

Room to improve communication
ordered 9 door closers. Web site says free next day delivery but they didn't arrive. Telephoned but only given an opportunity to leave a voice mail no person to talk to. Email not answered. Then received a text message stating the goods were out of stock but I did receive a full refund very promptly. Perhaps if the order confirmation stated the expected delivery date for those specific goods the stress would be removed.
