Not only did they supply the new seals but also provided a diagram and photo of how to fit the new seals and carrier because the original was slightly different.

Very disappointed with these doors, we bought 3 doors, two of them fitted at front of house next to each other, one has discoloured badly down centre panel, contacted Door Stop and they said we cannot claim under their 10 year guarantee because I have cleaned them with soapy water! The other door has had exactly the same cleaning but is perfectly fine!

Contacted Door Stop for some screws for our hinges as they are an uncommon size. No questions asked about age etc and screws supplied free of charge. Superb service - thanks to Molly and Eve who dealt with our request!

I contacted the company with a door seal problem. The response was very quick (within 24hrs) with a request for photos to help properly identify the problem. Again response was immediate (thank you Eve) with full instructions on how to resolve the issue. Excellent service even though my door is a few years old now. Thank you

Ian arrived at the agreed time. He had a full understanding of the problem and was able to provide an immediate solution. After dealing with the problem he offered good advice and explanation which hadn’t been offered previously.
The door is now easier to close .

We have just had our door fitted by a very friendly and knowledgeable fitter who went the extra mile to make sure we had a beautiful door that we were happy with. He clearly explained how the door works and how we can keep it in good repair. He was polite and courteous and we are really happy with the service he provided.

My front door and frame had faded within the 10 year guarantee period. However because the door was purchased by my builder through a third party supplier during our house renovation, door-stop were unable to find my order to verify we were within the guarantee.
The customer service team were very helpful throughout the process and eventually suggested a new treatment being used to restore colour. This was done yesterday and the door now looks amazing, just like new. Very pleased with the final result even if it took a while to get to a final resolution.

Bought a customised door from doorstop which is now discolouring within 3 years. This was bought through one of their partner companies that’s gone bust. As the manufacturer, they should honour their guarantees. When I bought the door, it was by reviewing their catalog. Not the 3rd party resellers. It’s a manufacturing defect that has led to the discolouration. Steer clear, as the company will not take responsibility for their product once you’ve paid.

recieved a composite door in 2020 and fitted it for my customer. door looked great and customer very pleased.2 years on the door started to fade . I contacted my supplier who in turn contacted your technical department and after 2 years of beign ignored and fobbed off i recieved confirmation that the door slab would not be replaced as MY customer had not used the right cleaning agent I offer all my customers a 10 year warranty on composite door slabs as offered by door stop. I have now got to replace the door FOC to apease my customer. Absouloutly mortified that you will not honour your warranty

After having a draughty ill fitting door since 2018, Door stop International redeemed their selves today.
After my bad reviews recently on their Face book advert, a technician came round and sorted my badly fitted draughty door out. The door was fitted by Right Frame L.t.d. of Sheffield, not Door Stops fault. Cant thank Door Stop enough for going the extra mile.

We had a Door-Stop composite door fitted just over 10 years ago and are very pleased with it. Some minor hinge adjustments were needed recently but our installer is no longer trading - I contacted Door-Stop directly and Eve promptly sent me the instructions to do this ourselves. Thank you!

I had an issue with my front door not shutting properly this has gone on for a few years now the installer has been out numerous times and after a while the issue would materialize again I have had a new hinge and lock but still had the problem with the door not closing properly and extremely hard to open . This time I had a lad called Ian ( a credit to your company)come out From door stop . Extremely knowledgeable explained about the problem I was having and what he done to rectify it . Very polite and tidy workmanship .The door is now closing better than it did from day one .

First class customer experience!
I must admit I had low expectations when I first reached out to the Door-Stop team, simply because our door was outside warranty and had been installed by the previous owners of our flat. However, I was so wonderfully surprised. Eve chased down the technical information I needed even when well outside her domain of expertise. The issue was resolved and new parts sent out. Emailed Door-Stop International and got a reply and pricing quote back the next day from Eve. I placed my order and payment and the seals were sent out that day.
