What a fabulous service we received from this company thanks mainly to Michelle in the Aberdeen office. She went above and beyond to help us get our door to our area where they don't deliver. The door is here and being fitted as I type. Looks lovely and we're delighted with every aspect of purchasing from this company. Would definitely recommend them. Can't thank Michelle enough.

Excellent sales service with prompt response times and helpful (Michelle) advice. The made to measure door came in quicker than expected and very pleased with the overall service and price. It is yet to be fitted but from what we can see the quality is good.

Over a period of 5 years I have bought 30 oak doors, for 2 separate properties from this firm. Plus a set of French PVC doors for a garden office( We are in south wales, this firm is in Scotland) Including standard sizes, and the last ones were bespoke ( took 5 months due to oversees lead times). Always found David to be super helpful when i have needed guidance and support.

Purchased a small double glazed window , which I was given two delivery dates to which the window was not delivered and no calls to say it was not turning up , customer services was diabolical, no answers to why it hadn’t been delivered, over 40yrs in the construction industry and would say one of the most difficult purchases I’ve ever made , AVOID

Most horrible shoping experience I've had in this country.
Bought some doors and linings, which arrived 5 weeks later just to realised that the door linings did not match the description in any way, they were the cheapest quality ever seen. The doors on the other hand had some metal inserts which started to come loose.
Called the next day for return and refund, sent emails, and finally, after 3 months of continuous calls and emails they've arranged for the linings to be picked up, but not the doors, then after another month of, again, calls and emails I've finally received a partial refund. Now I have to start calling and emailing again for couple of months to get the doors collected and who knows if I'll ever see the money back.
So if you need doors or windows please find another company and spare yourselves all the trouble.

Happy with the service. I was a little apprehensive at first as I had never heard of the company and could only see limited reviews/feedbacks. Glad I went ahead and placed order. They gave me ETA so it managed my expectations and I was happy with my internal door.
