It is a scam

It is a scam. There is ZERO transparency re: price and that is intentional, and "customer service" is run ENTIRELY by AI, you can't speak with a human.

I specifically asked to be considered for ONLY the generic version of Ozempic and yet without my approval, a script for brand name Ozempic was sent to Pocketpills (the affiliated pharmacy).

And even then, NO COSTS WERE OUTLINED, nor was I given the option to cancel. I had to panic contact Pocketpills so that I wouldn't be charged hundreds of dollars for something I can't afford. I still haven't received email confirmation that the order was in fact canceled.

There is only one reason costs would be so opaque in this scenario and that's because these people are running a scam.

The fact that they ask you to input your cc info right away without any cost breakdown should have been the first and biggest red flag. And worse you aren't given an option on the website to delete the cc information after the fact.

Taking advantage of people like this is shameful.

I am more confident now that my order…

I am more confident now that my order is ready. I found it extremely difficult the first part of the process when I had not heard anything for over four days and the only contact was through AI. Now that the pharmacy has my prescription and I have my account, it is going much smoother which is the reason for the five star. I should add that once I was contacted by the agent (a human) I was relieved.

My experience

Applying online DooU was a pleasant experience. It was quite fast in receiving an answer whether I’d be approved or not. It also didn’t take long for the physician to view and decided to approve my assessment. Now I’m just waiting to receive my medication. I can’t wait to start. Thanks. DooU.

It was easy to sign up

It was easy to sign up, but I thought it was $45 for Ozempic, turns out it was 300 a month. I can not afford that, that is why I cancelled.

Very sketchy

Very sketchy. Wanted a prescription, got it. The telehealth pharmacy they hooked me up with was reluctant to give pricing information after I received my prescription... And when I did get that info it was.... Wrong.
