At first, I was not sure about all the process and the follow up and if it was ok for me whit my medical file. I had a good exchange whit the medical team, and we decide that it was ok for me and we decide all the steps to establish my treatment. All along my treatment, I was coached, my questions answered. I am satisfied.

Very thought assessment, easy questionnaire, quick delivery of medication ,easy to print a lab requisition . The only thing I was charged $99 for health assessment and I read on a website that it would be free. Would it be possible to reimburse me for that amount of money ? Or use it for my next refill of Mounjaro .

Exceptional service
I am impressed by their service. At first I was a bit skeptical but later I understood how it works. The doctor wrote me a prescription based on the questions I answered and wrote me a lab requisition for my follow-up consultation which totally makes sense that they want to provide us with proper treatment.
I used their pharmacy and the transition was very smooth. I had some confusion regarding my medication and the support connected me with their pharmacist to answer all my questions. Its so much more convenient. Getting the medication delivered home, getting a pharmacist to answer my questions and not having to visit the pharmacy everytime I have a question regarding my medication. So far so good and pleased with their service overall
