return policy is not transparant; its impossible to just change a size (you have to pay shipping 3 times.... with the original order, for the return order and for the new size)
pricing is not transparant, you get offers but when you try to proceed with that offer you get an error. Customer service is polite and response is quick, but they do not offer any solution.
Actually wondering if this is all legal... feels like a scam

No tracking after 2 weeks
Pretty disappointed, paid for express and 2 weeks later still no tracking updates. Contacted staff several times and they said it’s been processed in the country of origin, I asked how they knew that and they said from the tracking number, so I requested the tracking and still shows as no tracking events, so where are they pulling this info from? Then today 17 days after I ordered, it says it’s been picked up from their warehouse??? So what was that BS about it being processed in the country destination? ….

Best sleep I had in a long time
I honestly cannot sleep without my sleep mask. Same goes for my boyfriend. The way they increased our sleeping quality - I can’t even put it into words. 10/10

The bonnet doesn’t feel tight at all which I was worried about. It stays secure but still comfortable. I barely notice it while sleeping. Curls look way better in the morning too
