We have been a provider of medical supplies, medical equipment and incontinence supplies since 1985. We also provide our engineering services where we will fix and repair any medical equipment such as hoists, beds and much more. Our store is based in Bournemouth, Dorset, however we deliver worldwide so everyone can enjoy our amazing deals! One week after the status was changed…
One week after the status was changed to dispatched, I have not received this parcel. Having paid £4.75 for p&p I expected it much sooner.
I had been hoping to see the item and then order another one if it was suitable. Not going to happen now.

The process of actually receiving the order irrespective of the fact I had to have a product which wasn’t the one I ordered was very poor.
Rebecca was very apologetic throughout the issue so I would hope this is just a one off.

Amazing service. We had a fridge failure and within 2 days a replacement was ordered and delivered. The service was so good, we ordered another one so we have a back up.
