Best customer care team!

The Dossier customer care team is by far the most efficient, prompt and empathetic group of people I have ever come across.
A return order of mine should have reached Dossier over a week ago, but still has not due to a delay in delivery by the courier service. As soon as the Dossier team found out about this issue, they promptly refunded me for the item anyway, even though they still have not received my parcel yet.
This level of customer care cannot be beat. Thank you so much!

I love the scents

I love the scents! I tried the 3 samples and while I loved them they were half empty when I received them , but it was easy to get a hold of customer support and they refunded my money. I will still be ordering full size in future! Tge scents are amazing! ♥️

The scent does not last

I loved the smell of the three perfumes I purchased but after spraying them on within ten minutes the smell was gone. I was disappointed because someone told me your company was a good choice for a discount perfume. Sadly, this company is not for me.

I absolutely love Dossier

I absolutely love Dossier! The products are what drew me in at first I now only buy my perfume from them. I have never had anything but the upmost positive and quick responses from them if I’ve ever had any issues or questions!! I really appreciate a brand that will email you back about something quickly and make you feel like you’re important! I love their perfume, and I will continue to buy from them and recommend anybody to get from them as well!

I have been incredibly impressed with the response time and quick resolution to any issue I have experienced. The only issues I’ve experienced has been the scent just didn’t work for me. Due to their customer service team and their products, I decided to become a Dossier Plus Member. I wish other companies would set their membership programs up similarly to how Dossier has theirs. With the membership fee being added into your account that can then be put towards future purchases, hearing about new scents first, and a variety of other perks offered, I’m glad to be a Dossier Plus Member.

Always A Pleasure

I've always had a great experience with customer service. I've had to reach out twice and my needs were met both times. The solution is always simple, but it's the fact that they can create a solution instead of adding to the issue is why I keep coming back. Most companies will have you just through hoops to get things resolved.
