I loved the smell of the three perfumes I purchased but after spraying them on within ten minutes the smell was gone. I was disappointed because someone told me your company was a good choice for a discount perfume. Sadly, this company is not for me.

I absolutely love Dossier! The products are what drew me in at first I now only buy my perfume from them. I have never had anything but the upmost positive and quick responses from them if I’ve ever had any issues or questions!! I really appreciate a brand that will email you back about something quickly and make you feel like you’re important! I love their perfume, and I will continue to buy from them and recommend anybody to get from them as well!

I have been incredibly impressed with the response time and quick resolution to any issue I have experienced. The only issues I’ve experienced has been the scent just didn’t work for me. Due to their customer service team and their products, I decided to become a Dossier Plus Member. I wish other companies would set their membership programs up similarly to how Dossier has theirs. With the membership fee being added into your account that can then be put towards future purchases, hearing about new scents first, and a variety of other perks offered, I’m glad to be a Dossier Plus Member.

I've always had a great experience with customer service. I've had to reach out twice and my needs were met both times. The solution is always simple, but it's the fact that they can create a solution instead of adding to the issue is why I keep coming back. Most companies will have you just through hoops to get things resolved.

Great experience with Dossier. Their customer service was super helpful and supportive. I had an issue with an order I placed going to an old address and reached out, they responded super fast and fixed everything for me. I also love that they’re expanding their perfumes so much and make it easy to try and return them! It makes perfume shopping so easy. I look forward to continuing shopping with them :)

Such a genuine dedicated team at dossier. My package went missing due to UPS error and I reached out to dossier team and they were so quick to respond and help me with my issue. Not only were they so prompt but they sent out my order again free of charge. They made sure I left the chat feeling satisfied happy and taken care of. Exceptional customer service!
Absolutely love this company I have had the dossier plus subscription for a year now. It’s so great because you can pause it whenever and pick right back up! I have never had an issue ordering before. However my most recent order never shipped. I reached out to customer service and after waiting the recommended window they reached back out to me(which is very rare) and offered to fulfill my my order again or offered a full refund. Excellent customer service! The scents are so lovely and I receive the most compliments wearing these scents for a fraction of the price! 10/10 would recommend!

I will say I never had a problem with their services and the cologne was not bad by any means. It is a quality product they sell and nothing about their cologne feels cheap. I just decided to go another route for the time being and I am sure I will buy from them again.
