Very responsive and did the digging to find my specific issue and resolved it.

I've ordered from Dossier twice now and have had a great experience both times. Found them when searching for dupes and came highly recommended. One order had a scent that I didn't like (personal preference) and was able to return it via customer service support. They were SO quick and helpful, had a return label sent to me within 24 hours. I will be using them again.

I got only good things to say about this company there quality and longevity and scent so close up to the original especially for my Woody Sandalwood, which is the dupe of Santal 33. I have 4 scents from them. This is my second order of Woody Sandalwood. Im even ordering the larger bottle so i dont run out. Cant go wrong with this one

I accidentally entered my old shipping address that I no longer have access to. On a whim before it was shipped I emailed customer service. Viorel responded quickly and helped correct that shipping address. I've Never had service like that from online ordering before. Thank you!

My favorite is the Aquatic Vanilla and everyone compliments me when I wear it. I had to return a scent that I didn’t like, and let me tell you, Greta in Customer Service was so kind, communicated consistently, and treated me like I mattered. I returned it and received a full refund. Highly recommend. The scent I sent back smelled so good but was too strong for me.

Fast and reliable

Something happened during transit and the tracking information did not update and my original package never arrived. I reached out the Dossier letting them know I never received my order. The customer service agent replied promptly with each question and concern I had and the issue was completely resolved!! As a first time customer I am so happy I was given the option for a replacement! I am grateful for Dossiers customer service team and now I am finally able to try the perfumes I ordered! Thank you!

I love Dossier! I got a thank you email from Dossier and decided to reply and let them know how much I love their brand and my favorite scents!! I get compliments everyday on how good I smell & I always say Dossier!! My top favorites are Powdery Peach, Floral Rhubarb, and Citrus Green Apple (In that order)! They last super long!! I spray the tops & bottoms of my wrists, inner elbow, & my neck and shoulders! It lasts all day!! Especially if you sweat a little the fragrance intensifies! I can spray perfume in the morning and I will still be able to smell it at the end of the day even while I'm in bed! They are super potent and a little goes a long way!! They are extremely affordable while still smelling so luxurious! Their customer service is also amazing! When I sent out the email expressing my love for Dossier I got an email back so quickly! Didn't have to say the usual 24 hours for a response back. It was probably within 10-20mins! They are super friendly and responsive!! Just makes the company better in my eyes! Carolina & Robert were so nice and responsive in my emails! Thank you Dossier!!

I ordered three Dossier perfumes for the first time, and I was very skeptical at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. They turned out to be very good. I chose scents inspired by originals I already own, and the smell was very similar, with impressive longevity throughout the day. On top of that, the customer service and return process were excellent; very easy, smooth, and fast.

Recommend them for all your girly scent needs. A mistake was made within my order. They were quick to acknowledge it, rectify the issue, and mail new scents out. Reliable honest company. 10/10 would recommend.

I could not log in to my account. I sent a customer service email on a Sunday evening, and I had a response when I logged into my email on Monday morning, from an actual person, not an AI generated responce

This was my first time ordering from Dossier- amazon shipping marked my order as undeliverable (I think they are lying) and Dossier refunded my order right away! So although I didn’t get my order Dossier has the best customer service!! They are so helpful and friendly- I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to order fragrances!

Good scent profiles for a good price. Allows customers to try iconic fragrances for a fraction of the price. I forgot to add the 3 ml sample I was curious about and contacted customer service. They replied promptly and addressed it

I made an order of two different fragrances: Woody Sandalwood and Fruity Oakmoss. However, I received the Fruity Oakmoss and Spicy Mimosa. So after a couple of email exchanges, they offered to send a replacement to the same address (which I had indicated was a temporary one for that particular order, and I had left). The individual who received the package indicated it came poorly packaged. They sent photos. The box was dismantled in a way, the perfume was below the usual placement area, and the packaging paper on the side. It was so bad. I love their fragrances, however, this was a disappointment.

I purchased 4 fragrances so far. Ambery saffron, Ambery Vanilla, floral marshmallow and powdery tobacco. I like the first 3. They're not overpowering, but soft and feminine. Very nice. But the last one is absolutely exceptional to me by far. It is strong to start but the dry down is beautiful. I can smell the tobacco and vanilla perfectly, I love the woodiness, very well blended. This will be a phenomenal fragrance in the winter! Excellent job Dossier!

Issues with my sprayer were resolved promptly by Carolina & Alexandru. Customer service for this team is incredible.
