Customer service is amazing! I had a question about my order and Alex responded by email within minutes. She was so friendly and helpful…felt like a friend was helping me! My order arrived very quickly and I am very happy with my new scent! I’m a big Baccarat Rouge girl and their Ambery Saffron is wildly similar! 10/10 for customer service, shipping and product!

Scam Company
First I was enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge or consent. Then, once I cancelled the subscription, I never received the rest of my order, had to file a chargeback before I received a refund, got nothing but AI-generated nonsense from their customer service, and they attempted to offer me a bribe to change my review. They also remove negative reviews from the site and bribe customers to edit them. Utterly abhorrent.

I have forgotten to change my shipping address three times and each time I've contacted customer service they changed it swiftly without any shipping delay and I must say they are very helpful when it comes to ordering

The quality and pricing is excellent 👌
I'm SO pleasantly surprised. Not going to lie, was a little hesitant to try as sometimes at the price point that's on the lower end the fragrances can be nasty, but the quality of the bottles and the fragrances are next level! The package arrived super quick and even the packaging I'm a huge fan of. If you are looking to spend less than the department store prices but want really good fragrances I think you can't go wrong.

Love Dossier and there fragrances
Love Dossier and their fragrances. I am a dossier+ member and as such enjoy special perks. The perks or free gifts have left a lot to be desired. First time it was offered I ended up being charged for the gift and had to go through a lot to get the rep to understand my point. This latest round was a free perfume but it was damaged, old packaging and product spilt everywhere. While eventually all was resolved this program should be given priority and improved upon.

I've ordered from Dossier twice now and have had a great experience both times. Found them when searching for dupes and came highly recommended. One order had a scent that I didn't like (personal preference) and was able to return it via customer service support. They were SO quick and helpful, had a return label sent to me within 24 hours. I will be using them again.
