I was a DoTerra representative for 10 years. The oils are top quality and they really work. I got breast cancer 10 years ago, and Myrtle, Sandalwood and Tsuga oils applied topically actually reduced the tumor by 10 millimeters in a month. My surgeon was shocked! And I'm cancer-free all these years later. The reason I left was, I found another company with a better compensation plan. I still use DoTerra oils tho.

I have been using dōTERRAs oils for 2-3 years and have been a WA for nearly a year. I absolutely love the purity of the oils, I absolutely love the community, and I absolutely love the business model. It truly is a journey of self discovery and healing 💞 I am so thankful.

Genuinely amazing products and support. Used successfully for various ailments. Have since changed to chemical free cleaning around the house, therefore reducing inflammation in my body. I can't recommend doTerra enough. Much better quality then anything else I've tried previously, plus part of a supportive community.

Beautiful, pure essential oils. The perfect accompaniment to my aromatherapy course. The most supportive community and excellent resources available to guide in use. I’m also now looking at the business side, which looks to offer an excellent opportunity to earn flexibly and places value and money where it belongs (with the on-the-ground advocates) rather than with faceless executives.

I love my dōTERRA oils - so much support from the community and always great customer service. At Christmas my order was left outside my house by Royal Mail but disappeared - I rang customer service and they dispatched a replacement the same day express delivery which arrived on the 23rd December.

Having used essentials oils for 20 odd years I am really impressed with the quality and purity of these products from this company. They have taken my experience and usage to a new level. In a world where its so difficult to speak to an actual person over the phone within a company, I found the customer service to be really friendly and helpful. They have a replaced goods and helped me with issues promptly. Very happy customer.

Fantastic service and a quality product.

I have been using doTERRA oils for almost 5 years and have found them life-changing in so many ways (with blood tests to back this up).

The customer service experience has always been great (I’m in the UK) and am surprised by these negative reviews, it has been the complete opposite experience for me.

If you want to buy from a company that truly cares about the world and is motivated by supporting farmers, putting money into clinical trials and supplying great quality oils then please find yourself a wellness advocate that truly shares these same values.

For the reviews that talk about safety, doTERRA offers a free online essential oil safety course so you can learn how to use the oils safely.

Every time I have contact with this company it is a source of much aggravation due to their inability to deal with basic things and terrible communication. Furthermore it becomes very stressful when they make the types of mistakes they have, ie, a payment going through my account twice (and not the first time) which took me overdrawn, after long calls to them imploring that this must under no circumstances happen and reassurances that it wouldn't. Problems with the website in placing the order, then problems with the payment system; all at my expense to have to try and sort out and all taking so many hours out of the day and causing so much stress. When the worst scenario happened that the payment came out twice, (yet again), just an email to inform me three days later without so much as an apology. It felt extremely invalidating as to the inconvenience it had caused, just no regard for this at all. I left the subscription membership a while ago as the stress of dealing with them was making me feel ill, and all of this recent hassle was just from a one-off order. Just from doing that it all started up again! I'm in disbelief at how awful it is trying to deal with them, every single time. I dread calling them because it's always the same and it needs to be acknowledged by them that whilst they are in a call centre accepting calls as their job, people having to phone them because of problems their end have jobs and have lives, not leaving time for this sort of nonsense let alone the stress it causes. It needs to be acknowledged as it's lives that it affects and I feel there is no acknolwegedment or care on doTERRAs part for any of this, or the experience of the customer. I had it time and time again with this company and it seriously needs calling out. They couldn't ever refund any of the stress that they have caused (even though there should undoubtedly be some effort on their part to compensate something). The suffering they cause cannot go unacknowledged at this point. Inevitably there has been no response from them to my request for the details of the formal complaints procedure and emails have just been ignored. This is just another tactic on their part to put someone off doing it but they can rest assured the complaint will happen! The lack of regard for the customer is highly unethical. Very upset with them yet again for causing me nasty stress and on top of that financial trouble due to incompentency of the payment systems, which they've made no offer or attempt to refund.

Overpriced with very pushy sales tactics. They talk as if they are the only people on the planet who can source herbs, though I have a ton of lavender, mint, oregano and other herbs in my garden. I feel for the 'advocates' swallowed in to sell this stuff.

I love the top notch quality of DoTERRA oils, they've helped me over the years with many health issues, but I think DoTERRA should have something in place where they have their Wellness advocates take a course or a test before they are allowed to sell. The one I have gave me dangerous advice and made me and my family very sick on bad advice. She also encouraged me to sell when I had very little knowledge. She said "I'd figure it out".

I also would like it if there were a way to purchase without having to buy a yearly membership fee. I'm not interested in the points, I've got quite a big collection of oils now and just need to replenish a few here and there that I've run out of. My $55 order turned out to be $95 with their membership and shipping fees. If I wasn't so happy with the quality of the oils I would be looking elsewhere.

Company with highest values that creates highest quality products. 💚

I have been using essential oils for years but Dottera was the game changer. I realised how much it truly takes to achieve the purity on the highest level.
The plants that are used to produce Dottera oils are grown in their natural environment. People that looking after the plants are local and fairly rewarded. The society they live in is also supported by the company to ensure that the staff that dealing with the plants are living harmonious life, which translates to frequency of the oils. Each oil is tested 20 times, if at least one test fails the oil is not released for sale, thus they are safe to use both externally and internally. Each oil has a barcode that when scanned shows the results of the tests conducted. The aroma and effectiveness of the Dottera oils surpass any in their industry. The effects e.g. pain release it takes approx.10min from application. I tested number of oils on family, friends and clients and every each time they work without fail. I have number of oils and blends that constitute my first aid box.. flu/cold: On Guard, stomach issues: Zengest, headache: Peppermint, detox: Zendocrine, low mood: Lemon etc. The price is comparatively high but it reflects the quality and effectiveness.

As I use essential oils a lot in my soap and skin care products, I was offered a freeby oil by a wellness conspirator.
But here’s the rub… I had to post a 5 star rating here letting others know how wonderful it was and how fantastic the company was!
What the..?!?!
You offer me a tiny bottle of oregano oil, tell me I can use it neat on my skin for arthritis, and even put a few drops in my lasagna for flavour, and then expect me to publicly lie to get said oregano oil?
Pffffft….. get out of here!
What makes me mad is that plenty of people will fall for their bs. So wrong….

It wasn't the order the customer service it's the product the vanilla absolute in fractionated coconut oil is weak not very good and very expensive for the dissapointment . glad I bought a sealed new bottle on Ebay from someone who must have not liked it.vanilla there but would get lost in any application the amount of it to use may as well be the carrier not the fragrance.or a fixitive for another better absolute

I absolutely love everything about the company. Incredible products which have changed the way I live and brilliant customer service. This is an ethical company based on wholesome moral values. I do not have a bad word to say about them.

On the phone trying to cancel my sister’s membership; I’m frustrated and yelling on the phone due to their ridiculousness of just canceling the membership. She told me I have to send back the free peppermint oil that you get when you renew. Told her I’m cancelling the membership why would you send me the free peppermint oil then tell me I have to send it back?
Still on the phone on hold last 15 minutes. She hung up on me after a long hold. I knew that was her tactic!

Really fast to sign me up but takes forever and complications to cancel. I am going to cancel my membership as well.

Greedy company!

My rollerball was defective since purchase. I tolerated it not wanting to be picky, but now the roller is completely broken. When I reached out for help Doterra's customer service was rude and short, refusing to do anything. Things happen, things go wrong... but how companies handle that says a lot about them. I wouldn't recommend Doterra to anyone.

I have canceled an order and I have been waiting since October 2023 to get the refund
