Items are great and a big thanks to Josh again for expediting delivery for me. Sadly Royal Mail screwed up the delivery royally but that's not Double boxed toys fault part from choosing the send via Royal Mail. Once again very happy with my purchase.

Great service, items available that are not available elsewhere online. Josh, contacted me at each stage which was great, I knew exactly when my parcel was going to arrive. I had never used Double boxed toys before but will recommend in the future.

Great shop for people unable to get to florida to buy all the merch at the disney parks. Although a tad bit expensive, its still probably one of the best places to get the park merch in the UK.
Big kudos to Josh looking after one of my orders too.

Josh and Mark were both lovely and helpful, I emailed them for an ETA on my parcel as it was for a birthday. Mark emailed to say looking at the status now if all been well it will get to me in time, Josh then followed up saying he’s done what he can to make sure it’s delivered asap. Fabulous products and genuine staff members that help when you email by the query form, no automated ‘self help’ replies. Have ordered from here before and definitely will be again.

My order of an exclusive Funko for my girlfriend wasn’t expected to be arriving anytime before the 20th of February which was disappointing as it was supposed to be a Valentines present. I ordered an art print from Festival of the Arts and was expecting it arrive in a couple of weeks. I received an email from Josh to advise it was coming early and it has arrived, in wonderful condition, today! I’ve recently returned from DLP and bought a few of their park exclusive Pandora charms whilst there, however when I got home I realised I wanted a few others to “finish” my bracelet. Looked online to find a company that could source the charms as Pandora don’t sell those on their website, and I came across Double Boxed Toys. This was my first order and I’ll admit I was a little nervous as very little information about the charms was on their website. Read some reviews and decided to just go with it. Ordered one, was told expected dispatch was 27th February. Josh emailed me on 5th February to say that the charm had arrived and he was sending it to me straight away with speedy shipping. I received it the next working day. Really happy. Exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order more now. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

Well, DBT totally gave a fantastic service.
When I originally purchased my kyber Crystal I was expecting it to take 2 weeks to deliver; I received an email from Josh advising my delivery would be a lot sooner, and it came the very next day!
I highly recommend DBT, great service. Was sceptical at first as you can only get the items from Disneyland Star Wars World, but was happy to be proven wrong. I will be using them again to get more items - just wish I could get a Savis workshop lightsaber!
