Well, DBT totally gave a fantastic service.
When I originally purchased my Epcot globe cookie jar, I was expecting it to take 2 weeks until delivery.
I received an email from Josh advising my delivery would be lot sooner, and it came the very next day.
I highly recommend DBT, great service - I really regretted not buying this when I was in Florida 2yrs ago, but really happy to now have it 😊

Once again another amazing order from Double boxed Toys! I expected to wait weeks for delivery but I received an email from Josh to say it was arriving early and had pushed through delivery for me.
I love Double Boxed toys and can not wait to order again, as I know not only do they have amazing stuff but customer service is amazing too.

I ordered the Loungefly Disney cruise line bag, on a special offer, for a great price. It arrived today, and is perfect. Brand new with no imperfections, which can be tough with shiny /shimmery bags. Really happy with the service I received. Jack and Josh have been particularly helpful, answering emails, dealing with queries and previously rushing my order so I had it in time for a trip.
I have had quite a few items from double boxed toys, and have always had a good experience.
Often the items are ordered before being purchased from the USA, and therefore take longer to arrive, but it’s made clear that’s the case on the website, and for hard to find items it works. All my items have been in mint condition, and the one time an item couldn’t be sourced, I was refunded.
Will absolutely buy again from Double Boxed toys. Thanks guys x

Ordered was pretty quick, had an employ called josh handle my order from start to finish. Pushed my order to front of que and was very responsive. Very pleased.

Great company for disney and universal exclusively items that you can't get in the UK. Also, it's not a bad price. This is my second order, and I will probably order more stuff in the future. Josh was great help, will 1000% recommended.
