Order was delivered to wrong address and have been ignored multiple times about a refund, never received order or refund. Very unhappy wish I could give zero stars.

On each Product page, it's writtent the return service if free of charge
- But once you wish to proceed, the brand tells you to organise the shipment on your own (knowing their warehouse are in the US, it represents a cost of an average of 133euros)
- The customer service is difficult to reach out and is not providing real answers.
- + product quality is very low.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. IT'S A HUGE SCAM.

Got ghosted in mails
I ordered pants which arrived After 4 weeks instead of written 2. the pants are really nice and I love them. I tried to return one of them as I bought two Sizes but they are not answering me. I already Wrote 5 emails within the past 3 weeks saying I want to Return and I Never got an answer
