All of their supplements seem to be high quality. I've tried a variety of adaptogens, testosterone support, and natural workout supplements. Most of these I can tell the difference within the first dose. Sometimes it takes several weeks to build up in the body. But all of them seem to be high quality at a moderate price. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a little while to get things in the mail with them. I don't think that they're open on the weekends. At even if you order early in the morning, it still seems to take a day or two to get in the mail. So it can take 8 or 9 days for a package unless you pay for faster delivery.

After taking tongkat ali from doublewood my testosterone went down and not up. I eat clean diet, do jiu-jitsu and they help to increase testosterone and they did. However I wanted to get them further up in the mid range so I added tongkat ali from doublewood and got only side effects. Zero stars.

I purchased the Theacrine, hoping it would help me with energy and mental clarity. I tried it when I first received it but experienced no result whatsoever. I tried it again today and it made me feel as though I took a tranquilizer! Very disappointing and a waste of money.

I switched to this brand of Berberine from a more expensive brand, hoping to save a bit of money since I use several supplements. I ordered 3 bottles because of the additional savings opportunity. However, I didn't start taking them right away since I still had my old brand to finish using.

I noticed right away once I did open a bottle that there was pill residue inside of the container. I assumed maybe one defective pill was in the pack and tried ignoring it. After a few weeks of dealing with yellow powder everywhere I reached out to find out if this was normal or not for their product since I still had 2 unopened bottles (a mistake I won't make again when trying a new product). Response I received from Jase Gunkartee (Wellness Consultant) was the following: "I do apologize for the inconvenience. I personally take Berberine and do notice the same thing as well. It is definitely from excess capsule powder sifting out of the caps. Please let us know if you'd prefer to return the capsules. "

I asked if I could return the 2 unopened bottles but because it had been 8 weeks since I placed the order they would only offer a replacement. Why would I want a replacement for an issue that you have already told me is normal for your products. I don't understand how it can be normal for the product to seep out of the capsule - how does that ensure that there is quality control or consistent dosage? Needless to say, I will be going back to my original brand and won't ever buy another of their products.

It’s the worst company ever, scam and not real, They charged me over $50 without delivery and charge me again for another shipment it showing drive for almost one month but I got nothing

Hi. This is a SCAM company. I ordered magnesium threonate. They accepted payment then they canceled the order and did not make any refund , though kept telling me that they did.

I lost 180 dollars because of this website.

BE CAREFUL and NEVER USE THEN.

I bought the product, 2.5 months of delivery have passed, the product is lost, the cost has not been returned.

The AKG seems to work. On 4 hours of sleep I took AKG with breakfast: cheese and oil toasted bread. By the afternoon, I had much better mental and physical stamina.
Wondering if the Ca-AKG might be the better option for absorption. Thanks.

Parcel has been missing for months and customer support have stopped replying.

Have taken my money and not refunded or cancelled my order when requested.

Maybe consider using other websites for supplements before trying these.

I ordered from Double Woods 05/12/22, it shipped the same day and arrived in 10 days from US to Australia. Looking forward to trying, this review is not for the product, it is for the quick dispatch. I would be curious to know if Double Woods keep this product refrigerated, as unlike other pills and powders, NMN needs to be refrigerated to prevent break-down.
Certainly a good experience getting the product in terms of order placing and quick shipping. Looks like the last 3 reviewers have had their orders go missing in transit, all bound for UK. This may be a Royal Mail pilfering issue, as some post offices (service centres) have been known to do this around Christmas. Hope they turn up or that Double Woods can investigate this for a good outcome so they can become return customers. So far a good experience, looking forward to seeing results from the capsules! (Darnnit, how can I upload screenshots???)

I have been using this company for over a year but my recent order seems to have gone missing, despite contacting the company twice, they have ignored my last message where i have informed them the Royal Mail have said the tracking says my parcel is (leaving the USA on the 15th November) The order was placed on the 8th November, the royal mail advised me to contact them again but to no avail, the products i have purchased are vital for my husband who has cancer they dont appear to care as long as they have your money which is on this order £104

Beware my item has not arrived since the 13th when orderd an company is not refunding my money , keep makeing excuses

I chose "Double Wood Supplements" as the provider of my choice when I learned that another name for "Boswellia Extract is another name for "Indian Frankincense" which is in the Holy Bible for having spiritual benefits also besides having healing benefits for our joints and skin....
It is an effective anti- inflammatory, it can be an effective painkiller and may prevent the loss of cartilage.
My experience with this product has made me feel remarkably healthier over the past four months!

I ordered TUDCA directly from Doublewood in the US and it arrived timely and well packed. Trust is the name of the game here, I will use them again.

I purchase online supplements from many vendors, and can't tell how Doublwood's quality compares to other brands, but seems to be at least as good or better than most supplements based on my many years of experience. One thing which stood out about Doublewood is that they followed up after my purchase and upon discovering that one of the items (among several different items I ordered) didn't work as expected they went to the ends of the world to refund that item, even though I never asked for the refund or sought it, nor expected it. However the original credit card I used for the order had expired shortly after I used it to place the Doublewood order, so they were unable to refund to the credit card, but, they still bent over backwards and attempted different ways to make the refund work and was eventually successful at refunding without the credit card. This is truly an exceptional standard of integrity. I am really impressed by Doublewood's ultra concern for customer value which has gained my trust in their products. Over the years, I have come across a few unscrupulous supplements vendors and products manufactured with obvious quality concerns, and even unsafe contaminated products which caused scary side effects (much more common than people think!), so quality is a major concern of mine. However, Doublewood has gained my confidence in the quality of their products simply because of the integrity they exude and the level of care they demonstrated. Doublewoods will definitely be among my trusted vendors for future orders since it seems to me that this company is all about delivering customer value ahead of profits.

I have tried many products over time and this by far has beneficial to my health regimen.

I take chromium picolinate to keep my blood sugar from going to high. I do not use RX meds for my type 2 diabetes. My doctor says he is happy with my A1C and to keep up the good work.

This product is all it says it is. I have used this for years now for a variety of ailments. Great stuff!!
