Absolutely delicious - good price and beautifully packed

I reached out to your customer services for some assurance that my order would be delivered on time, I was given absolutely none. If the replies hadn't been so blunt, and had been a bit more reassuring, maybe I wouldn't have felt that I had to cancel my order. This was a birthday gift, so was time sensitive, and Doughgirl gave me no confidence that they could meet the delivery timescales...until after I posted my review anyway!

Placed my order 16 days in advance of my chosen delivery date Friday 28th August. It is now 26th and my order has not been dispatched, no communication or update from the company. Messaged customer service for an update to be told items haven't been picked and packed yet and the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Not sure why they offer chosen delivery dates if they have no intention of fulfilling them. I needed the items for a birthday gift which they are aware of, I have no use for them if they arrive late. Also we have a bank holiday on Monday so my items will likely be sitting in transit for days. Very disappointed and have requested my order to be cancelled..will get something local instead and remember to read reviews before ordering in future.

Order should have been delivered as a birthday present but didn't arrive until after 7pm the following day which was disappointing. Thankfully the cookies were very nice I'm told.

Don’t waste your money. This is my second order, both been birthday gifts. First order showed up 4 days early & my second order arrived 2 days late. If you want this for a certain date don’t bother it won’t come.

The flavours and quality of the bakes were perfection.

Great we’re very tasty, good value for money and tasted of very good quality ingredients.
Delivery was very quick, and cakes were very well packed.
Cakes were very big.

The cookie pies slices are really nice would definitely buy again

Every single item was delicious, I was extremely surprised at how good the wonky box was, and the fact I got it free woth my order. The slices were huge so much so that my partner and I halved each slice. 100% recommended

Really sickly, too rich hardly any cookie and way too much filling and the icing ontop is much too sweet, and I have a sweet tooth but it's too much me and my partner didn't enjoy it waste of money tbh I regret getting it for his birthday

Despite ordering on Thursday ready for Tuesday- parcel arrive after birthday ( acknowledge that on ordering page, there was no guarantee it would arrive as requested. Selection bake tray nice . Very sweet, and gooey. Those with rice crisp base very crumblely

Fast delivery looked great tasted great nice packaging

Arrived on time I was so pleased with packaging also the size of each cake and the taste was beautiful

I ordered some cookies & brownies for my husband and accidently put the wrong date for delivery, I did not realise this until the date I was expecting them. To cut a long story short customer services were great and helped with a solution.

Treats were received and my husband is very happy describing them as next level.
