I purchased a bag. Fine. However I didn’t receive it, and I have been writing emails and others to the company in order to get a status on my purchase. But they never even replied!! I am very disappointed with this.

Excellent bag, good quality, arrived on time. My daughter loves her new bag, and is excited to use it for school. A bit pricy but that’s to be expected as the quality of the bag is superb! For sure will buy more from this brand!!

hey it was really great, i'd say i'll buy from here again but this bag doesn't look like it'd break anytime soon. i definitely recommend it- and it has pockets! who doesn't love pockets? also it was delivered really quickly which is reassuring, to me anyways, that your sixty-odd quid bag didn't go missing in transit.

Great service receiving my products, terrible service trying to check the authenticity of the product since all I ever get sent to is a page in Chinese without any English instruction on where to I put what to check.

Received my delivery within a few days! I am very happy with the Macaroon in black, and it looked even better in person. I can't wait to use it for my weekend trip, it looks very travel chic. It comes with many inner pockets and the material and quality is very durable. Overall very pleased with my purchase and perhaps I might buy another one in a different colour!

Love the bag well made exactly what I wanted

Very cute bag! I bought the Macaroon Tiny in Rose x Lavender. The bag is true to colour shown on the website, but the 'lavender' resembles more of a rail grey colour. The colour scheme is muted but it still absolutely gorgeous.

The website advertises it as having a 1L capacity, but it would have been useful to have the dimensions. I measured it out to be approximately 12cm x 16cm x 8.5cm (w x h x d). The bag certainly fits more than one would expect. My 6.4" phone (Galaxy A50) just about fits to let the zipper close fully. I wouldn't recommend it for any larger phones. There is an elastic pouch for phones closer to the back of the main compartment.

It is a bit more on the expensive side for a small bag but it does the job I need it to and it is a nice casual bag for all the essentials you need. I rated only 4 stars because the student discount code listed on the website (via studentbeans) does not work, nor does the actual studentbeans website list doughnut as a website they offer discounts for. However, the support team had promptly replied to my enquiry within working hours.

Honestly I was quite skeptical when I first saw this bag company 3 years ago. Unfortunately I couldn’t purchase back them because I was going out with a vegan that is against leather... But now after purchasing, I don’t know why I didn’t bother sooner. The macaroon bag is super padded making it really comfy and it’s the perfect size for a tiny human like myself.
As for delivery, it was dispatched the same day and arrived the day after with tracked shipping. The packaging itself was lovely and the bag came in a huge ziplock bag. You can definitely tell they put a lot of time and effort into their products.
