I admit, I'd never heard of Downtown.
When I saw they had the kitchen scales I wanted at a great price, I checked Trustpilot & was happy to order based on previous reviews.
Website is easy to use, great communication from the company.
Delivery exactly as promised.

Our mattress developed a fault after 18 months and they came and inspected it and were happy to refund/replace with a different one as needed.

We went to choose an alternative and as it was in stock it was delivered within days. Great customer service.

We shopped in Downtown for furniture, and found exactly what we wanted. The assistant was really helpful and we went home delighted. The delivery was fairly swift and sadly one part of our order was damaged. We were reassured that a replacement would be here in a few days. We had emails and phone calls to reassure us that the replacement would be here a few days later. It was delivered with care and we are delighted with the service. A great store with great choices and very professional staff. Always our first choice of store.

Further to previous feedback left regarding sale of furniture. Today was delivery day Tim and Andrew turned up spot on time. They were both professional and extremely respectful to our home. Delivery and disposal of old furniture was conducted super quick and with all wrappings disposed of. Tim and Andrew asked where furniture was to be placed and asked if anything needed to be moved. Amazing service from purchase through to delivery many thanks to Tim and Andrew for exceeding our expectations. If you are looking to purchase and not sure can not recommend highly enough will definitely be go back for any further purchases.

When we purchased our three piece suite Gabby was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful, it was a very good experience. The delivery men were very good too. We're now enjoying our new furniture.

Visited the Boston store today and purchased 2 beds and a wardrobe.
Julie greeted us and came to see if we needed any help. She went the ‘extra mile’ to understand our needs and help above and beyond to fulfil them.
