Scam

As above comments. Total scam. Product arrived 5 weeks after it was ordered. It was missing the videos so no good to me. When I wrote to the company they told me just to use you tube (which we don’t allow the kids to use). I insisted on returning item but won’t provide information to return.

AVOID Doyle Goods

Like others have said, this company is a scam. There is no 30 day money back guarantee as advertised. Avoid at all costs. Their location is not anywhere in Ireland. If only I had paid through PayPal I would be able to dispute the charge. I will not see my money back for worthless junk they overcharged me for. I should have known better.

Total SCUM, sorry, SCAM.

Total SCAM! With a website that says they are on Henry St, Dublin and pictures of packaging stating 'Made in Ireland', not to mention the name(!), they are not based in Ireland. Like others, I bought the training mat, which arrived with no videos. When I queried this, they told me that the videos are a "complimentary (sic) addition to the mats, free of charge'. They offered me a 10 euro voucher.
I asked them, continually, to honour their website promise and provide me with a full refund. Also asked them to provide their address in Dublin and I would return the mat in person. They have ignored all requests and deflected with falsehoods.
The worst thing of all is their website says that they donate 2% of their annual profits to The Irish Cancer Society! So sick.
Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY….

STAY AWAY….. scam artists not an Irish company. Ships from china and refuses to give refunds, instead saying the customer has to cover costs for sending goods back to warehouse in china. Reported to the CCPC.

Another unfortunate customer of Doyle Goods

As mentioned by another unfortunate customer of Doyle Goods, I would not give the one star only for it's necessary to leave the review. A dishonest company WHO ARE NOT BASED IN DUBLIN even though their website suggests they are. After paying 50 euro for a product that was not as described, in very poor packaging, missing parts and with no instructions, I was offered a 10% refund. The product that was supplied was of Wish or Temu quality...but at a premium price. The order was also a lot later than outlined. Unfortunately when I was led to believe the company was Dublin based and the product was 'in stock'...i would have had it quicker than nearly 1 month. Please do not use this company. You will regret it.

I would give it minus 5 stars if I could 😡

Like the other customers who have left a review I too bought the training mat from this horrible 'company'. Even though it was ordered on the 14th of December it didn't arrive until the 6th of January with yes, you've guessed it, the training video missing. After many e mails back and forth to 'Emily ' looking for my money back as I was very unhappy with the mat I too was told that it would cost me 20 to 30e to post it back to Asia. They graciously (ha ha) gave me 20% off the purchase price. Do not under ANY circumstances buy from this sorry excuse of a business.

DO NOT USE SCAM ARTISTS

These advertise to look like they are based in ireland but they are a dropp shipping company who ship all orders from Asia. Ordered a product well in advance of Christmas and should have arrived within their standard shipping days, but didn't , when I contacted them they weren't helpful and just said it was on its way and it was a busy time of year. I only realised at that point that the delay was because it was being shipped from around the world. Also the product didn't arrived as advertised and was missing several elements and when I contacted them they just said that these were not in stock so shipped without it, When I asked for a refund because the product I got was not what I ordered, the only option was for me to pay for the shipping of the product back to china before I could get a refund. Complete waste of time

Scam

Scam! Like the other customers I also ordered a soccer mat from them which was supposed to include training videos. The videos didn't come. I’ve emailed them to request a return form so I can send them back but I haven’t heard anything back from them. The website suggests they are based in Henry street Dublin but they are not. The goods are shipped from Asia.Be warned!!!

False advertising

I have had the worst customer experience of my life with this company. I ordered a soccer mat as a gift from Santa for my son. Even though it was ordered two weeks before Christmas it only arrived today the third of January. Obhviously I no longer want it and requested a return/ refund to be told that it would cost me 30e plus customs duties. None of this is stated on their returns policy. The company lead you to believe that they are an Irish company with their name but this is false, they are based in Asia. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company, the whole experience has been a nightmare.
