Unbelievable criminal, also OK mobility on Sardine. Never book here, we were 1 minute to late, did not anwer the phone, next day the car was there but they canceled the booking because we showed up to late. They did not refund the money for 9 days!!! .

I booked car hire with the understanding that you could cancel in advance (it’s prominent on the website). When I saw the absolutely terrible reviews of the provider immediately after (Differental, Olbia), I tried to cancel, but I was told through an automated system that it was not possible (in the small print of the car I chose). I have been unable to contact a human, it’s all AI. A) this company should not be offering services from a car hire provider that looks like a borderline scam artist, and B) it should be clearer that some options are not amendable. Once they send you the confirmation voucher, it’s too late. Be very wary of this using DoYouItaly!

Easy to book a car, and great price.

I liked the web platform to see the vehicles.

There didn't seem to be enough description on the vehicle info or pictures.

I also wanted to add a second driver to my booking, but I couldn't see how to do that.

DOYOUITALY is headquarter in Spain. I my arrival in Bari Italy, the agency, Rental Plus was terrible. They chaged me 424 Euros for a scratch on the bumper smaller than a finger nail clipping. In Cagliari, Sardinia, the agency Keddy would not give me a car without an international driver's license. DOYOU ITALY would not rebook my car rental with another agency and kept my 683 Euro reservation. They wouldn't even return the fee for dropping the vehicle off in another city. There was no miention of an international license in the confirmation, only a warning that I needed my original license and a credit card for my deposit. In fact, deep into the document it did read Internation License may be rquired. I give them 2 stars for having low rates, but rent-a-car money in Italy is made via exorbitant insurance and confiscation of funds. THe hire rate for a Hertz or Alamo is probably worth it.

Easy booking system with all the information you need clearly shown.

I arrived later than planned, but it was the same day - despite having my FLIGHT NUMBER to track me, the company cancelled my entire booking which was for 5 days, leaving me stranded at Sicily airport at 10pm. The only solution they offered me, was to pay triple the amount for another car hire booking. Appalling.

I booked a car with Sicily by Car for seven days. Due to personal reasons, I had to return the vehicle the day after I collected it. When I returned the car, the Sicily by Car representative advised me to contact DoYouItaly to request a refund for the unused rental days. I then visited the DoYouItaly website, only to discover that they refused to refund the unused days, providing what I believe to be unfounded and unjustified reasons. Based on my experience, I consider their business practices to be misleading and would strongly advise others to avoid using DoYouItaly.

Nice, but could have more options on the reserve.

We'll find out how good the experiences once we pick up the rental car. Fingers crossed I get a good car, automatic drive.

this is the website i use to rent cars every time im in italy, which is about 10 times a year, because they literally find me the best prices.

I rent a car on doyouitaly. No confirmation email was sent, but they rushed to debit the full amount on the booking.

It took them 48 hours to confirm a failed fleet as they could not deliver on the car.

They owe me a full refund but they said i need to wait for 30 days to get a refund despite the total absence of service provided. I need to fight to get back 600 Eur.

Their client service is deplorable, i wrote them onljne and i never received any answer

They are cheaper but you will oay much more at the end.

Do not sign up with Do you Italy Rent-A-Car you will be sorry you’re did . Doyou Italy is not good? You call them ,and the phone number they gave you to call them to pick you up doesn’t work , time is up!!. You lose your money and your Rent-A-Car one star is what I gave him. I tried three different numbers to get in touch with them including the one is to call them to sent the NAVETTA TO PICK YOU UP AND ALL I WAS GETTING …road side assistance . On e other call number directed me somewhere with a speaking Spanish person that couldn’t speak very good English it’s a total disaster. They are not easy to get in touch with for pick up and again you lasted your money . 1STAR FOR DOYOU ITALY AND WHEE GO. AGENCY

It simplified the process of car hire so that I could choose what I needed. It took a day or so for confirmation with a voucher which told me where to go at the pickup and which hire company it was. For excess insurance DoYouItaly offer it at extra cost and make it clear that no additional insurance is needed by the hire company.
