Our experience so far with Danny and the DPB Plumbing team has been excellent. From having our boiler serviced to advice over the phone or callouts which are quick and easy to arrange with the friendly and helpful admin team.

Can only give this company a 5 star rating. As new customers we made an appointment to service our oil boiler, they confirmed the appointment, we received a phone call because they would be a few minutes late (collecting parts). Revisited the next day to replace a leaking filter, again on time. Danny was efficient and pleasant, as were the staff we talked to on the telephone. With emailed/text confirmations of appointments and invoicing, we were impressed with the efficiency of this company; so much so we have now joined their service plan. This is a company showing old fashioned values, while employing modern day technology. It makes a pleasant change to have a tradesman actually live up to their hype. Thank you.

Excellent service from start to finish. The process of asking for and receiving a quote, to completion of the job was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner. The job consisted of replacing two radiators, fitting a replacement cistern pack to toilet, fitting mixer taps to kitchen sink and fitting isolation valves to the pipework. Rob who did the job was very friendly and helpful. He kept us informed at all times and cleaned up after each part of the job. On completion all rubbish was removed from the house.

We would certainly recommend DPB Plumbing for the quality of their work, and their friendly and efficient manner.

Cannot express what an amazing level of workmanship, communication that we received today when Danny and Joe installed a new LPG boiler in our static home.
The whole installation was exceptional from beginning to the completion. Danny and his team are so friendly, efficient and so professional, it was totally refreshing to have such a company within our property and made us feel relaxed and reassured.

We recently had Rob from Dpb plumbing around to do a full refurbishment for our bathroom to take out full bath suite and replace with walking shower and fit wet wall panels sink and toilet. And what a great job he has done we are so pleased with the finished job. I can't praise Rob and Dpb enough. From start to finish he kept me informed what was going on and tidy-up after each day. I am delighted with my recent bathroom refit, and have no hesitation in recommending DPB.
The whole team are professional and efficient, and from my first contact with the office team through to assessment, quote and carrying out the work, they were all interested in my project, and focussed on providing a quality service.
Luke carried out the work with thought and care at every stage. I liked that he talked to me every day about his work plan for the day, and it meant that when decisions had to be made it was easy to have those conversations and come to a conclusion. The finish is of the highest quality, and Luke is truly a craftsman. Because I was involved at every stage, I know that it's not just the bits on show that are high quality, but I am confident that every aspect of the bathroom build (which included plastering and a new floor) has been completed with care and attention to detail. Thank you to Danny and his team.

Amazing service, called up due to a leaking boiler, I am a new customer but they were able to provide a call out the same week, lovely engineers that were so helpful and the got the job done and dusted within an hour. I've even signed up to their gold plan so I am well covered moving forwards, can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of DPB I would highly recommended.

We were very fortunate to come across the company in June 2023 and would highly recommend them.
The call out in June 2023 was a boiler problem and was sorted the next day. Within that week two toilet cistern issues were sorted and the boiler was serviced.
At this time we were introduced to their Home Cover Plan, which we joined, to give piece of mind, if we had problems in the future.
Review today, because of a boiler issue, telephone call at 16:50 yesterday, arrived this morning at 10:15 and issue sorted.

Everyone we dealt with on the phone was very friendly and really helpful. We have just had a new bathroom fitted. Could not have more pleased with the end result. Worth every penny to have this high level of service and workmanship. Will definitely use again for an ensuite next year. Only in Yorkshire would you get a company of this quality and reliability.
