I LEFT A REVIEW A FEW DAYS AGO ABOUT DPD AS THERE SERVICE WAS HORRENDOUS. THEY SENT ME A DIRECT MESSAGE SCAPEGOATING THE DRIVER AS THE REASON TO ME NOT RECEIVING MY PACKAGE. I FIND THAT SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR AS EVERYONE KNOW YOU OVER WORK YOUR DRIVERS. YOU LARGE COPORATIONS JUST THINK YOU CAN TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE NOTHING AND GET AWAY WITH IT YOU FAIL IN YOUR DUTY OF CARE. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE COVID PPL.
Bad Service
This company simply cannot deliver on Saturday, it gives options Monday to Friday but no weekend choice for an alternative delivery date. All other options are greyed out also, no wonder you are poorly rated with your 2nd rate service you offer….
I would not use this company DPD
I would not use this company DPD, if it was the only courier service available. The quality of their drivers leave much to be desired. I am more than disappointed with them. I accept that not all their drivers are the same but the ones that dont make any effort to deliver, then take random photos to show it looks like they have are the ones that are giving the company a bad name.
Unreliable service
I organised a collection with DPD and was in my flat awaiting collection at the alloted time. The buzzer was rung and by the time I answered it (probably about 40 seconds after it rang) there was no one there. As the time co-incided with when the postman comes I assumed someone had let in the postie. Two minutes later I got a message from DPD saying 'sorry we missed you'! Trying to get hold of them to lodge a complaint is virtually impossible. This is not the first time this has happened in our area - many people within my complex complain of this happening.
I would strongly recommend that people do not use DPD.
Horrible service
Just incredible: they had to leave a shipment to an agreed pick up point (a supermarket) in Les Houches, France on May 6th. They didn’t do that and instead the same day they send the shipment back to the sender without contacting me. Their customer service is useless. Avoid DPD at any cost!

Today we were waiting for an urgent delivery, told it would arrive by 16.00 at the latest. It's now 21.45 and we've just had a message saying it won't be delivered today. this is our second bad experience of these couriers within three weeks.
Sender Called The Driver Lazy - He Would Not Collect a 1 kg Parcel Due To Weight
On Sunday DPD delivered a duplicated order. I arranged collection of 1 order, so now half the items.
I separated them, stacked the boxes and left a sign on top with the details.
DPD arranged collection and then refused to collect them saying they were now too heavy.
I hadn’t repacked them, they were inside, dry, not damaged or difficult to move. I moved and stacked them on my own just fine and if I had heard the door, I would have carried them to his van myself, and driven it to the depot if that was what was required!
I saw later on my camera that although he lifted the top box just fine (it weighs 1 kg according to the label) to read the sign, he put the box back down and left.

Package stolen, support unhelpful
DPD delivered my package to a wrong address, the package was stolen, and the courier didn't even call me and apparently just gave my package to someone else. I lost tons of money and time, and the support is totally unhelpful. The support hotline doesn't speak English and drops the phone. I'm a foreigner, and I don't speak French, so what am I supposed to do?

Had a really awful experience recently when waiting for a delivery. The driver was around the corner and I was in my car (husband was waiting at home for the delivery). I stopped by him and said “oh you have my delivery, there’s a car in the middle of the road I can’t ask them to move” he said “yeh probably, and told me to get lost!” I had my daughter in the front seat with me. I was fuming that I was offering to do something nice and he treated me with such disrespect. The drivers name was Vladut and this happened in Bromley.

Disgusting service. Expected a parcel yesterday with a 1 hour window slot. Waited in and no parcel.
Checked emails and saw it was at Chelmsford depot. No local numbers to contact.
Went to depot to collect Saturday 13.30hrs. Pushed intercom button but no answer. Website stated was opened until 16.00hrs.
Rang complaints to check when I will receive my parcel.

Arranged parcel collection from safe place. Photo and clear instructions provided. DPD just didn’t bother picking it up. On calling them they promised they’d come back again that same evening and pick it up but that didn’t materialise either. Ie got messed around twice. Ended up having to take a day off work to deliver the parcel myself to meet return deadline for very expensive bulky item. Atrocious and no apology.

As usual your service is horrendous waiting in for parcels that the lazy drivers can’t be bothered to deliver. waiting in for a parcel to receive a message to say they tried delivery but no one was home !!! the security cameras and ring doorbell proves yet again the parcel was t attempted I suggest the driver salim starts earning his wage instead of creating problems for customers when we pay extra for delivery’s I don’t expect to the. have to get a taxi costing more money to collect a parcel. Salim this is constant with you !!!!
