Thieves opperating here

Be sure to not work with this company, as they steal your items. I sent a package last week with this company, and they opened the package, stole the content, repackaged it and dispatched the empty box. When the receiver got the box, it was empty. They do not select properly their staff members, so, they are thieves who get these jobs to live on crime instead of wages. wages are just a disguise to get the gold.

Problems, lies and bad support

The only delivery company that gives me problems... they insert wrong addresses when sender confirms they give them correct ones, they lie about nobody being at home (multiple times), they ignore support inquiries. If for CTT and Paack I give a 5, these don't deserve a 1 for what they are making me go through.

DPD in Portugal is terrible

DPD in Portugal is terrible. They announce time of arrival, do not show up and pretend they came. They don't even leave your stuff in the closest packet station, just hold it. I had several experiences of the kind, the latest being a shipping from Germany for my father. I called them and then hanged the phone on me without offering a solution, my father tried to call and got the same results.
When you buy something online and DPD is one of the options, get any other, it's worth the extra couple of euros you'd have to pay.

Terrible

Terrible service

1) The first delivery attempt. They lied that I was not at home. They also put into comments that they were calling me. They lied again.

2) The second delivery attempt. The status was updated to delivered. I didn't recieve a parcel, of course. DPD has stolen the parcel.

Terrible

Terrible! No responsibility. Conductors lying, that we were not at home and brought one parcel in the polickup store 5 km away from my home, not at the one across the street. Lost or stole another parcel. Try to avoid them. Unfortunately a lot if online shops use their services.

Probably the worst delivery service I…

Probably the worst delivery service I have tried so far. Incapable of following customer delivery instructions. The app is a useless customer interface returning errors on any interaction and the user portal is timing out for hours. Last but not least the customer service is very hard to get in contact with and when you finally can an answer like your package is on the road for a week but is now on a warehouse without pickup and can only be delivered next week is what I got. What can I say... I'll have to stop doing business with vendors using Chronopost/DHL services.

Overpriced, unreliable service

Invokes vague "unforseen situations" and "operational anomalies" and doesn't meet indicated delivery date.

Charges €100+ to ship small, light packages to the USA.

DPD LISBON DOES NOT DELIVER

I was waiting for several packages on the 17th of November, I did receive all of them except the one from DPD. The courier dd not attempt the delivery and delivered my product to a pickup point. I got in touch with the seller, they promised the seller they would pick up and re-deliver my order but as of today there's no trace of what I bought. This is not the first time DPD does something like this and I'm tired. I'm not going to the pickup point if I paid for delivery at home.

Company stole my item

Company stole my item. Opened my package and stole a 500$ item. Police report was filled and I am going to court with this. They say it was delivered and moreover, faked a signature (far from what’s mine). Do not sent package through this company. They will steal from you.

DPD Shocking shocking service

DPD Shocking shocking service. Five times they have sent a notification via email and text to say they are delivering and every time they do not arrive! Waste of time! They are very incompetent. At least have the courtesy to call the client and explain why you are not delivering. Absolutely disgusted with this service!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Ordered to send a parcel, payed and they just don't collect it. When you call to customer support, they can't and don't want to help you and all in all just hang up the phone.

Worst delivery company ever

I typically receive several parcels from Italy along the year. While with the other delivery companies everything runs smoothly, with DPD portugal is always a nightmare. The customer support is poor, the delivery men never try to call, their elasticity or availability in solving issues is basically nonexistent, resulting in perfectly avoidable delays. Concluding, I am puzzled on how a company with such a poor performance survives in the market. I believe that any any random selection of people could perform their task better than them.

Hopeless

For 2 days I have waited for delivery.
Each time they send message giving approx delivery time. Then no delivery.
Last information on site says I was not home.
I have been home for 2 days.
Driver probably looking to go home early friday.
I will never use them again
