hi my name is Arron Hornibrook n I was scammed unkowenly filling out the form for my driving licence which cost me £20 then 3 days later they took £89 out of my account so I questioned this n like everyone else was told I'd signed up for a subscription for a service I new nothing about,n they don't send u emails every day to keep u informed, I got one email on the day when they took money from me n when I tried to read the small print they emailed me I couldn't see it as it was to small so I enlarged it only to find the small print was dots so u can't read it!! I challenged them n my bank as I have a 3year old son with ortistic difficulties n the money was for his medication n food. After twoing n throwing n making threats to this horrible company eventually I got an email from them saying I was fully refunded of my £89 n it'll be in my bank 10 working days!! today the £89 was put back into my account,so in the end they did do what they said n have now since councilled the subscription!! so I am greatfull as I can now look after my child the way I should n was doing before they caused me n my son unnecessarily discomfort n stress!! plz people be carefull of this crappy firm n when they say u have a choice u actually don't bcoz if u say no u get thrown off the site so u have trouble getting ur driving licence how they can get away with this just beggars belief!! take care people n thanku for reading! urs respectfully Mr A J Hornibrook.

I couldnt get on the government site to get my driving license that was expiring so use dr admin which charge me 24pound didn’t mind paying a extra 10 pound.but somthing didn’t feel right my driving license turn up a few days later happy days went into my bank account to find 89 pending rang them up got through to them in the end. they told me it’s for a subscription what subscription? Look in your emails in spam. I told them to stop it before it comes out due to only having 120 in the bank and food to buy. They told me they’re taking this one but stopping the rest. Apart of it was my fault for not reading the reviews first but needed the license for a job.There should be a fraud sqaud to shut this down not only have they taken my money but got all my details makes me wonder who will be walking around as me don’t be a fool like me unless you got money to throw away. Dr admin contacted me and said I had 3 days to cancel and I took it out on the 23 September I started to fill the form out then but stopped i maid payment the 27th it’s now the 29th ? With in my 3 days but I surpose there’s another bit of small print somewhere

This is a total rip off for 16 year old looking to get a provisional licence.
They target the audience via social medial like Tik Tok and charge you the money but then try and take out additional funds but have NO association with the DVLA. Stay away from this website.

Scam, scam, scam! This 3rd party admin group should be stopped. They are up on the top of the Google search page for a reason. They have scammed so many people that they can afford to buy a domain at the top of the page.
Same with me, as im every other review hear. You pay for a driving licence then they steal £89 from you on top of your original purchase, then make it out it's your fault because you didn't unsibcribe to there service with in a 3 day free trail period. No email regarding what this service provides and what you have supposedly purchased.
When you challenge them, they throw it back in your face with screen shots of the box of small print your supposedly clicked (they done this so many times). No mercy from them. They literally rob you. £89 for an admin service for 3 months? Where do they get their prices from. Wish I read reviews prior being scammed. Should be illegal. I'm reporting to financial watchdog. Stay clear stay clear.

How to get money back
Don’t try and contact them directly by email or phone just ring up your bank and tell them what’s happened and that there was no agreement of the £89 subscription and they will refund the money to you within 48 hours and also send out a new card with new details

Please avoid this company at all costs. If you are encouraging your teenager to apply for their provisional drivers license, please make sure they go to the 'official' Gov website and not this one. The provision license fee was taken on the 11th Sept - followed by £89 on the 13th Sept. Firstly, my daughter is 16 year old, secondly, why on earth would she sign up to a government admin website! Now going though my credit card company to dispute the charge.
